“Ordered a fast charger for my Apollo Ultra Ludo, mentionned in the notes what scooter I had and Jason wrote me a couple of hours after informing me they would (for free) wire the charger for my scooter, great service from EWheels custom wiring the plug for my Apollo Ultra Ludo and making sure I check polarity before plugging it in for 1st time. Shipping was quick, got it a couple of days after. Would def reorder from them.”

“I bought etwow GT 2019 model without the drum brake. I usually don't speed much, less than 30 kmh and it happens to be my old model booster plus' maximum speed. By the way the GT's maximum is 40. Personally 30 is more than enough in the city commute and electric brake is good enough if you don't speed more than that. When I tested up to 40kmh it was a little scary. This GT model is so much powerful and runs longer. I was happy with my previous booster plus model that I rode past 3 years so it was an easy decision to buy etwow again. And I didn't need bluetooth function or drum brake with $200 more. Any cables and wires involved, I'm mechanically challenged, so without works better for me. This GT model is a huge A+. And etwow was very kind through their email communication.”

“eWheels was a pleasure to work with. I received my wheel with extra stickers and some handguards in the package. Awesome! But then disaster struck. I got a flat within the first 24 hours. eWheels was nice enough to send out a new tube without charging me shipping. I can't imagine a better customer experience or support. Many thanks eWheels!”

“Awesome experience with this purchase. After delivery I had a couple of questions, and the e-mail reply was swift. I purchased a Turbowheel Lightning, and it has preforming perfectly, and is a big upgrade from my Ninebot Max.”

“I really appreciate the call prior to my delivery of the Veteran Sherman. It was well worth the wait. I wish that the instructional manual was more detailed and the protective coverings for the charging ports were better. The wheel is amazing. It’s difficult to ride my other wheels after riding the Sherman. ewheels has been great in delivering a fantastic product.”

“Almost 200 miles on the RS HS and I'm now getting the hang of this wheel. So far this RS has been amazing and on the streets it feels as smooth as skiing on some fresh powder. 43 mph top speed so far. Wow! Cruising 25 mph on the street I'll get about 30 miles out of a charge which is PLENTY to get me tired out. I'm sure offroading you could potentially get a good 40+ miles out of a charge.”
