“I've watched at least 10 different Youtube videos, and searched everywhere on the internet before deciding to go with eWheels. After I made the purchase, I was surprised to receive an email with beginner's instructions and some tips. eWheels seems like a small company, but the whole buying experience was awesome. I don't own any bike, and bought my first EUC through eWheels. So when I got the EUC, it came with a flat tire... I was a little bummed about this since I don't have any tire inflator/pump (maybe I'm in the minority here). So I've been searching for a small tire inflator with gauge, and it'd be nice if your company had good recommendations for it.”

“Purchased a S18 and it came in when expected and in perfect condition. Messed up by not buying the protective cover and I emailed them and they shipped one right to me free with 2 day shipping. Customer service is why I will continue to order with them in the future.”

“Hello! If someone lives in America and is looking to get a EUC or Electric Scooter, look into eWheels. I recently purchased a King Song 16s EUC about a week ago and the buying process could not have been any smoother. Any questions I had were answered promptly by the sales staff and I could not be more happier with my purchase. Everything was delivered within the expected time frame as well.”

“I ordered my MTen3 in the middle of February 2021. Like a kid anticipating his first bicycle, I was eager to get delivery. My hopes were dashed when I received the news that shipment would be delayed due to a customs backup of arriving ships. In fact it would be six weeks before I received it. Not to worry, the folks at eWheels explained the situation and provided a link that displayed the cargo ship that carried the next batch of EUC's coming to the Long Beach port. I was able to follow its location and wish it along once it became underway. "eWheels" kept me informed of the progress, and it made destination on the time as stated in their emails to me. The Mten3 arrived in mint condition, fully charged and ready for this 71 year old youngster to to begin his learning adventure. As you read this, imagine the smile on my face.”

“Ewheels, as a store, has been nothing short of perfect when it comes to my customer experience. Communication is quick and thorough; you'll receive a cogent response within 24hrs, (usually within an hour, maybe two) not just a silly automatic email. Even on weekends. Better yet, they don't just sell the products they've got, they use them. This means they know the product deeply, not just what the manufacturer describes the product to be. Next wheel I get will be from these guys. They're wheely, wheely great.”

“ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY V10F!! Took 30-40 minutes to get the hang of it. 2 hours to start riding it the park and the bike lane in downtown. It took 2 days to comfortably start with no wall, this one is a bit tricky. 2 weeks now and I keep the speed unlocked at a comfortable 34kph. I've tried the max 40kph with safety gear, but it is too fast for safety in downtown, or in general I'd say. When the speed clamps hit at max 40kph, I almost lost balance and flipped over. Be careful and wear safety gear when going over 25kph! My V10F has become my main transportation in downtown where it is bikers paradise. It is the best experience to feel the wind rushing through your face on a sunny day out. The only hardahip I had so far is that it's incredibly hard to ride holding unbalanced grocery bags in one or both hands (obviously). It's a challenge to balance in general, but if you can manage to get started just hold the bags in middle for balance. If this will become your standard method for groceries, get a backpack for sure. I've been talking about getting one of these for years. It's time I finally got one, and it was all the worth while.”

“Ewheels was recommended to me by a friend and they have been fantastic. I was unsure at first living in Canada if it would be worth the extra cost of shipping and duty but it has absolutely been worth it. It arrived to Canada within days of ordering even during this pandemic. I couldn’t believe it. Great warranty and friendly, helpful customer service from William. Bought the E-TWOW GT SE scooter and it has not disappointed. We may buy another.”

“I've bought 3 electric unicycle from e weeks. I was skeptical at first since thet aren't local but the customer service has been top notch. I've had a serious issue with my V11 and theyresonved with immediate (on a Saturday night!) Response follower up a few days later with the part. Now my v11 is perfect condition. Alyssa have lots of accessories in stock at great prices too.”

“Friends: Just bought my second KS16S from eWheels. The first unit that arrived had a little software glitch ( a rare occurence with these devices) and the team responded quickly to make things right. World Class service and response. The replacement unit arrived quickly and I was able to charge it up, get her running, and had some fun riding with my son who was the recipient of my "properly broken in" wheel". Looking forward to dialing in my new unit and continue enjoying the thrill and skill of being a electric unicycle rider.”
