“I have been dealing with ewheels for a couple years now.bought an inmotion v10 and a turbo wheel dart scooter as well as a Nikola plus a week ago.customer service is #1 in all the online dealers I have dealt with over the years.the speed in which the products arrived was faster than any other dealer I have dealt with as well.my son also deals with ewheels and is impressed with the incredible personal commitment to detail and customer satisfaction.i don't know too many dealers who answer their messages at 4am...yes 4am...it's always been a pleasure dealing with Jason and my son and I will continue to do so.kudos to the ewheels team”

“They worked very hard to get me my Turbowheel Pacer by Xmas. Everything was in good order and we were ripping up and down the street in no time. I agree with sentiments of eWheels about e-micromobility being wave of the future, I'll be getting more stuff from them. Thanks eWheels!”

“Buying an EUC shipped from China creates a great deal of uncertainty and anxiety when it comes in... Is it built well? Quality control and reliability? Will I get a lemon? What happens if there are issues with it? Buying through eWheels takes all that away. From always receiving good/reliable products (my V8F and V11) to responses from the support team that come in 5-10 min after I hit send... any time of day (24x7). The service is top notch. The responsiveness is almost predictive.. it's a little spooky. No question I'll be buying all future wheels through eWheels.”

“The eWheels team did an outstanding job. They promptly updated me on my order throughout the process. If I sent an email, they replied in less than 24hrs. When my Veteran Sherman arrived it unfortunately had a cracked display. I sent an email and Jason replied and sent me the replacement part in 2 days. I'm more than happy with the service and will be buying my future EUC/PEV's from eWheels.”

“I'm new to EUC my boss got me and a co-worker into this, training on his old wheel. I was hooked, He said he buys his EUC from eWheels, so I went to the web site and looked at all the wheels and read all the information and comparison. So I bought a King song 16xs I absolutely love it. I order it and it came in a couple day. Satisfied customer!”

“The phaeton is a wonderful scooter for my son he love it the only gripe is that the ignition switch system was loose and wobble a little while riding but other than that it was perfect.”

“I am a huge fan of eWheels purely due to the level of customer service. They excel at taking care of their customers beyond the the product support. Here is my example with the purchase of my Kingsong s18... I made initial purchase at eWheels of Kingsong s18 in July of 2020. This was to be my second EUC from eWheels as I purchased the Kingsong 16x in February 2020 and was very happy with it. That being said eWheels notified me of delays due to pandemic and production with the manufacturer of which I was satisfied to wait (thanks to their consistent updates). It finally arrived 2 days before Christmas and eWheels support provided necessary information for unpacking and setup (Kingsong information was hardly decipherable and could be improved with english translation). I am providing a video of unpacking and will do a more in-depth review of riding my new Kingsong s18 on my YouTube channel https://youtube.com/channel/UCHa7ociWUZb5oj0WLX2r9eg eWheels is so good at their customer service, I became an affiliate partner.”

“Preordered my V11 in Dec and was kept up to date on all shipment details including tracking the container ship. Very pleased with the delivery and time taken to obtain my V11 from ewheels. I don't know how it could have gone better.”
