So if you are reading this review of the MTen3 on the eWheels site, you probably know already that just about everyone who has reviewed this wheel loves it and says that Jason is the best person to buy this, or any other, wheel from. I agree with both of those statements and don’t have much more to add by way of a review other than my observations about the learning process on this wheel and my weight/range experience. Watching reviews of this wheel, I noticed that reviewers have very different opinions about whether it is a good starter wheel or not. Some think the size and maneuverability make it a good wheel to learn on, and others think the exact opposite, i.e. that it is too “twitchy”, small and light to be a good wheel to learn on. I’m 5’10”, usually weigh anywhere from 195 to 210 (when kept indoors by covid), am 63 years old (in my mind meaningless to the learning process, but that’s how long I’ve been on this planet collecting toys), in decent shape and reasonably athletic (I can ski and rollerblade just fine, but don’t excel at either) and had previously never ridden nor owned an EUC (I have an electric scooter, a kick scooter, a bicycle and a motorcycle - so I was curious about trimming my transport options from two wheels to one). Although I have nothing to compare the experience with, I found learning to ride on this wheel a relatively easy experience. I got my MTen 3 in the winter during a cold patch, so I spent my first week with it safe and warm inside my apartment watching some Youtube videos about how to ride and practicing controlling the wheel with my right (dominant) foot and, holding on to a door frame, learning to step on and off the wheel and getting the feel of rocking back-and-forth while on the wheel. The next week, when the weather was warmer, I took it outside and within 60-90 minutes was able to mount the wheel and ride down the block, make turns, stop and get off. Every outing since has been more confidence building and fun and I now ride the wheel around the neighborhood on errands and have taken it over and back on the 59th Street Bridge and RFK bridges (I live in Queens NY). I love this wheel, but do wish I could bet a bit more range per charge. The other day on a trip to Randalls Island and back, I went 9 miles and had under 10% battery at the end of the ride, with the wheel beeping regularly for the last mile and a half. To be fair, my weight was 210 at the time and I had to go over the RFK bridge and back, so there was a whole lot of incline that this little wheel had to haul my not so little ass up. The first 7.5 miles the wheel performed like a champ and on the flats I was usually going 13 - 16.5 mph. I think the wheel could have taken me faster, but I didn’t feel the need. After 7.5 miles I had to go back over the bridge and the wheel was not happy about it, so on the long uphill of the bridge, I was only able to do 4-5 mph, anything faster drawing constant beeps from the wheel. On the decline side the bridge I was able to get back up to 10-12mph before the beeping began, but once I was back on the flats (and some slight uphills) - I was back down 4-8 mph and felt like I just barely made it home. I’m sure the wheel could have gone a faster at this stage, but I just didn’t want to be riding with a non-stop series of rather loud beeps. Regardless of range, I love this wheel and it’s torque and the fact that it’s small and light enough to toss in the top case of my motorcycle to take anywhere on a day trip. It’s been a great introduction to the joys of EUCs and I have no regrets about having chosen it for my first wheel. Happy trails!

I recently purchased the Turbowheel Swift, and I couldn't be happier. This was my first foray in the world of the electric scooter world and, like many of those considering a purchase, spent countless hours researching, reading and watching view reviews about the plethora of choices, before making my final purchasing decision. I felt I knew everything there was to know about the Swift when I hit the "add to cart" option of the website, but having just received the scooter less than a week ago, I am delighted to report there was one thing I hadn't realized; the Swift is incredibly fun to ride! The suspension is phenomenal, and the combination of pneumatic front and solid back tires makes the scooter a joy to ride. The ordering process from start to finish was quick and painless and the shipping via FedEx was very quick. I would suggest to anyone purchasing the Swift to ensure you have or purchase a good headlight if you plan on driving at night. Although the Swift does have 3 lights on the front, they are all mounted very low to the ground and do not illuminate much of the path in front of you, and also makes it more difficult for other vehicles from seeing you clearly. Oh, and there is no bell or horn, so you may consider mounting your own. In short, the Swift was an excellent purchase and well worth the money. I highly recommend the product and the seller.

Very reputable company. I choose ewheels because all the guys I watched on YouTube recommended ewheels, and so far I cannot complain. Highly recommended company if you want an ewheel and not worry about getting a dud.

Went with ewheels because they have a good reputation with other riders and company (kujirolls, Marty Backe aka electricunicycles, chooch tech, did, evx, speedy feet, vee, Hsiang, and many other e-riders. They also get back to you promptly via email. I have full confidence my ownership of an ewheel will be satisfactory with ewheels helping me out if I come across a problem.

Amazing service. Jason was very responsive and answered all my questions. Communication was excellent, and even though my wheel was backordered, there were periodic email updates on when it would be coming. Would buy from them again!

eWheels from sales to support has been extremely pleasant to deal with thus far. As others have mentioned eWheels stand behind their customers and that is why I trusted my $2k investment in purchasing a wheel from them. I am sure I could have saved a few bucks from other dealers overseas but that peace of mind of having their support more than makes up for it. With that said, I am hoping I never require any assistance. :) The shipment of my Gotway MSP HS was delivered quickly from CA to NY. Thank you.

Experience with ewheels has been great considering the covid19 shipping delays. Communication is excellent. And having a solid reputable company like ewheels is reassuring when dealing with overseas factories. I highly recommend this company.
