“When first considering my purchase of an EUC I was unsure who to do business with. I came across Ewheels website and read some of the reviews. Many of them pertained to them having excellent customer service. Since this is my first wheel I thought that this would be very important to me. They do not disappoint!! My package arrived and I was so excited to try to ride but unable to get my wheel going. I shot a email to them and within 10 minutes a gentleman from Ewheels called me directly and got me going. I am happy to give a 5 star review and I would recommend them to anyone on the market for a EUC. Quality products, competitive pricing and excellent customer service, what more could I ask for. Thank you everyone at Ewheels!!!”

“I've purchased several uni's from eWheels and a number of their fast chargers. I had some issues with one of my King Song wheels and they were instrumental in getting in working with KS to get it resolved. You can feel confident buying here.”

“Very fast shipping, communication and customer service was there every step of the way throughout the order process. Turbowheel Dart showed up in great shape with no damages, put on nearly 100 miles on it without any issues so far, bolts were all tight and holding up, handlebar tend to loosen over time, but that is normal for all T9 configurations. Overall we will be definitely doing more business with ewheels in the near future.”

“This is my first e-scooter and riding one. I'm a little over 225 lbs so went for the larger TW Pacer. I LOVE it. great suspension, breaking is solid, and pickup is great. Went up a steep hill and it worked great. It is a heavy scooter, I do not need to walk it up stairs. The tires at massive at 10"x3" and I really like that. The deck is nice and wide also. I will add the eWheels customer service is amazing!!!!”

“The staff at ewheels were very helpful, I am a first time euc rider and had concerns on the wheel I was looking to purchase (nikola plus), after speaking with Drew he assured me that I was purchasing a quality wheel and answered all of my questions. I received my 100V Nikola promptly, but I could not figure out how to make it work, so I sent an email and they responded very quickly with the info on how to unlock the wheel. I am a unicycle Ryder for 40 years, this is a little different as it balances itself front to back, but I was riding the wheel in 30 minutes and haven’t looked back! So far I am very happy with the Nikola and the customer services seems to be top notch.”

“I bought an TW Swift back in May. Shipping was really quick. Came with a surprise gift. Loved the product and bought TW Pacer. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Any questions I had have been answered very quickly. This is why I will continue to buy products from here and recommend ewheels to all my friends.”
