“The staff at ewheels were very helpful, I am a first time euc rider and had concerns on the wheel I was looking to purchase (nikola plus), after speaking with Drew he assured me that I was purchasing a quality wheel and answered all of my questions. I received my 100V Nikola promptly, but I could not figure out how to make it work, so I sent an email and they responded very quickly with the info on how to unlock the wheel. I am a unicycle Ryder for 40 years, this is a little different as it balances itself front to back, but I was riding the wheel in 30 minutes and haven’t looked back! So far I am very happy with the Nikola and the customer services seems to be top notch.”

“I bought an TW Swift back in May. Shipping was really quick. Came with a surprise gift. Loved the product and bought TW Pacer. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Any questions I had have been answered very quickly. This is why I will continue to buy products from here and recommend ewheels to all my friends.”

“As a long time customer of ewheel from the day i purchased my 1st EUC all the transactions that i made is been great customer service is awesome especially regarding if you have questions about the product. Jason is really customer oriented and knows how to handle customer. As a general ewheel customer service will answer your questions as quick as they can. “Zero complaints with shipment of all accessories and my new KS16X EUC. Packaging was well done and shipping was fast and problem free. Will definitely be order all my parts and wheels from here in the future! Also would like to thank customer service for answer all my questions prior to me ordering my wheel! “My turbowheel phantom. Was ordered processed and shipped extremely fast customerservice @Ewheels seems to be very top notch now onto my purchase the Scooter at this price point I believe is the number one choice for any potential buyers. Buyer beware this is not a toy ! Love my scoot”

“Ordered my scooter on Saturday, order was put through on Sunday and shipped on Monday. They kept me updated on my status and answered my questions in a timely fashion. I definitely would order from ewheels in the future.”

“Great service, every interaction I had with ewheels staff made it clear how committed they are to helpful communication with customers. There was a slight delay with the shipping of my wheel (due to FedEx’s issues with the pandemic, nothing to do with ewheels), and Jason and William we’re both very helpful throughout the process. I’d easily recommend shopping at this site any day!”

“This is my second wheel that I purchased from ewheels. My first EUC was the Kingsong 18XL, hands down this was the best wheel to learn how to ride an EUC. My second wheel was the MSP, awesome wheel. I would purchase from ewheels any day!”

“I found an adjustable rate 58.8 volt charger on the website and ordered it. Received notification that it had shipped, the next day. It arrived in Tennessee within 5 days. Great speed and customer appreciation, there, is obvious! Thanks, again.”
