“Hi. I purchased a TurboWheel Swift from ewheels.com about a month ago. I delayed writing a review because it was my first scooter and wanted to give it a really good test. The scooter is wonderful, both fun and stable. It is powerful and easy to operate. I like it so much, I just placed an order for an e-twow Gt (2020) so my daughter and I can ride and don’t have to share. I would absolutely recommend the TurboWheel Swift from wheels.com!!!!!”

“Listen everybody......this is the BEST SCOOTER EVER!!! I'VE HAD THE TURBO WHEEL LIGHTNING over a year now I live in New York it's been through harsh Winters northeastern rain storm everything never broke down EVER. NOW that I've purchased the TIRBO WHEEL PHAETON it's the Thoroughbred 🐴of scooters hands down if you are an experienced rider please go to ewheels.com and look at their products Jason and the tech team and the cells are awesome people they will help you to the fullest.”

“I received my scooter from ewheels and have no problems so far. Very satisfied. Room for improvement: 1. Change footer of the website from 2017 to 2020. If I wouldn’t see reviews on YouTube and referrals to this site I would never purchase it as website doesn’t reflect trust especially if footer is outdated. 2. Make website mobile friendly. It’s 2020 outside everybody making purchases through their phones. It’s very hard to navigate from iPhone, I can imagine how will straggle android users. 3. Have phone number on the website. Customer support through email it’s not good. Ability to call and have live person on the phone to help you is the level where you should aim. 4. Have better manual for your products so customers will not be frustrated and will bother you less.”

“Consistently excellent customer service and support. Emails get responded to within minutes, at almost any time of day, pretty much any day of the week, even weekends. Real people on the other end, no corporate rigamarole or annoying hoops to jump through. Absolutely cannot recommend eWheels enough, they've earned a customer for life.”

“The company has been far above and beyond any company I have had to deal with. Products arrived as scheduled. Any problems I have EVER had with a product have been addressed rapidly usually same day if not same hour or so. Even tried to help with a product I did not buy for them. Can not say enough good about this company.”

“No a days professionalism is almost dead, so it's refreshing to find a company like ewheels, they are true professionals! They work hard to provide the best quality product to their customers. They work hard at making sure their customers are completely satisfied. They still shock me how fast they reply to emails, answering question after question. I put a high value on professionalism, so that's why I will continue to purchase my EUCs from ewheels!”
