“Excellent customer service and fast shipping of items. Very patient and prompt in answering my endless questions. Both wheels I have purchased (Inmotion V10 and Gotway MTen3) have arrived in good shape. Will definitely purchase from ewheels again.”

“Last week, I received a TurbeWheel Lightning from eWheels. This is the 2nd PEV I've bought from eWheels, and it's no coincidence that I came back to them. I have had a few interactions with the staff at eWheels, and they have always exceeded my expectations. They have proactively reached out to refund shipping costs when had unnecessarily paid for it. They are good about answering emails with questions, too. Last week, I ordered a fast charger, which is backordered. They quickly sent an update of when they expect to receive my charger, and sent it to me. I highly recommend eWheels to all my friends.”

“The first Turbo Swift scooter we received ended up not working due to an error code. While no fault of Ewheels, they quickly took care of it in a reasonable and satisfactory way. We are actually awaiting the replacement to be delivered today.”

“Purchased a Kingsong 16s from eWheels. Not a young man (54), nor in good shape, but saw this as an opportunity to get some exercise, get out of the house and have a little fun. ewheels website was very useful in selecting the right wheel. The day after I received my wheel I had a small issue, emailed support and got an answer within a few minutes on a Saturday at 7:00am CST. Way better support than you get anywhere else. I now have a few battle scars as does my wheel as this is my first, but thanks to videos and support really was able to ride in about an hour and now have about 15 miles over the last two days. Thanks eWheels. I've passed your info on to several people, including most of my adult children who also learned to ride in a short time. Probably have a few more customers soon!”

“Jason and the ewheel team have been great. My girlfriend is loving her new Swift T8+. Its a fantastic scooter. Shipping took 2 days. I also ordered a turbowheel lightning ftom Jason. Fantastic company to deal with. Cant wait for my new Lightning to get here.”

“i have dealt with e-wheels for some EUC parts and even a purchase of a KingSong 16x. Their support and service has been second to none! The response time to questions, and knowledge they provide is amazing. I cant recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase anything from parts to actual PEVs..”

“eWheels is an incredible company. If you are considering an EUC (or if you’re not you should) then this is the company to go with above all others. They have amazing customer service and expediency of delivery is second to none. If you have a problem they address it immediately and over-deliver on making it right. “Went to a boardwalk for the first 2 hours to find my balance. Less then 3 weeks and with a little practice daily, I'm rolling at a top speed over 22mph and about 15 mph ave riding speed. The "course" has steep hills so this wheel does more than needed. Will probably save about 40 minutes a day once back to commuting to DC by using my Gotway Tesla 16 v2 to avoid traffic. It's a lot if fun and playing tunes on the speakers makes me smile and safer.”

“ewheels.com, what can I say? Great company and website full of information and specs that we want! I really appreciate the EUC comparisons too! So I chose ewheels.com when I purchased my Gotway Mten3. Great little wheel with guts, don't let it's size fool you, it's a mountain goat! The wheel came with the upgraded Nikola pedals! Quick delivery and well packaged! Thanks ewheels.com for making my first EUC purchase experience a positive smooth one... I'm now looking at the new suspension ones for a purchase soon! 🤙”

“Awesome service...I saw someone post in a forum about some new universal power pads they received from ewheels, but I didn't see them on the site. I emailed them and they responded within a few hours stating that they were now on the site. I placed an order right away, they shipped the same day, and I received the following day in time for the weekend. In addition everyone I interacted with was very friendly and you could tell they were enthusiasts who were passionate about PEV's.”
