“I heard about Ewheel's legendary customer service and it does not disappoint. Upon ordering, I received an email from Jason. I order was shipped out fast and I received it here in CO in two days. Context: This is my first EUC purchase, a KS 16X which has been an amazing wheel. So far, I've ridden it around 90 miles in the first week since having it. No problems at all.”

“Really solid overall. I had a question that was answered directly. Shipping was fast and secure. I'm riding my wheel about 10 days after ordering including shipping and practice. The mudflap on my new ks16x ripped off after a couple soft falls in the grass which kind of sucked, but that's not on ewheels.”

“I've bought two electric unicycles from Ewheels, the Gotway Mten3 and the Gotway Nikola plus. I also have a third wheel on preorder, the Kingsong S18. The associates at ewheels have been very helpful and answered the few questions I asked almost immediately. The website has a wealth of information that helped me make my decisions. When out on the streets and people inevitably ask "where did you get that thing?" my answer always is Ewheels.com Chris S.”

“It was an easy buying experience. i was sent a confirmation same day and shipping/tracking info day after ordering. The delivery estimate was accurate the whole time. Before it arrived, EWheels sent me an email about a different app that they recommend, after unlocking the wheel, (locked for travel, must have smartphone to unlock) with the King Song app, i realized why they suggested a different app and went to try that. It was better in most aspects but lacked important wheel info like total distance traveled on wheel, that the original app shows. So sometimes i need to switch between apps, can be a pain. that's a KS problem, but ewheels helped with a solution before i had to ask anything. I haven't needed to contact ewheels because everything has gone great”

“So far so great ! I thought there might be a problem with delivery because the shipping address was filled out wrong by me .. I emailed the company at like 7pm on Saturday within like 5 min a company rep zen Lee fixed the problem and reassured me so I could enjoy the the weekend without worrying 😄 very nice .. I have put fifty miles on so far and it's awesome !!!”

“I recently bought a kingsong 16x. I ordered next day air and did not realize that I had to be home to sign for it. I sent a email to see if I could have it shipped to my work, within minutes I received a reply that the shipping address was changed.Good customer service goes along ways. I will definitely be doing more business.”
