“Zen was very helpful in providing guidance and resolving transaction issue. Without Zen's guidance, there would have been a shipment delay due to my error in selection. Mine arrived in a couple days on time, the best part. The KS-16X is well built and a solid wheel. Thanks Zen, eWHEELS.com”

“Great customer service. My new wheel was shipped out the same day I ordered it. It went from California to Texas in 2 days. Everything was as advertised. I couldn't of asked for anything more.”

“Spending hundreds or thousands on newer technology that comes from China can be scary, but these guys make you feel safe and confident with their product and customer service. For example their initial reply after ordering was detailed and thorough, + they saved me a bunch of money with international(Canada) shipping issues, + they shipped it on 2-day Fedex when I paid for the cheapest, slowest shipping. Good stuff all around.”

“Having a great time. First EUC and so far not regretting purchase. Fast service from wheels. Nice website with good comparison information though needs to be updated with all the cool new wheels. (A lot of wheels) The 16X with optional padding has allowed me to progress Really fast. Excellent summer ski/core trainer. Boarding and Onewheel background.”

“I needed a electric scooter for my 10yr old daugher to replace one I purchased two weeks prior from Amazon. If I knew about eWheels first I would've come to them first every time. They communicate quickly and they were able to ship me a scooter quickly. The packaging was very secure and the setup was easy. She loves her new scooter and this scooter will last a long time and not a cheep piece of plastic! Thank you eWheels for having such a high level of service and product!”

“I'm happy with my purchase. The wheel came in perfect condition. Super fast shipping, my order arrived after 2 days of being placed. I'm also happy with the bonus wrist guard and extra large pad. I will definitely consider buying another wheel from eWheels.”

“I only recently joined the electric unicycle hobby and community and based on recommendations on YouTube and references on reddit I decided to purchase my gear via eWheel. I’m very impressed with the level of service from eWheels and Jason. No other internet shop that I’ve dealt with has been this helpful and willing to go the extra mile on purchases. I accidentally purchased the wrong fast charger and rather than going through the pain of sending it back they mailed out an adapter to make it work for my particular eWheel. I only wish they had more products that I can purchase like ankle pads. Thank you, Jason!”
