“I decided to buy my first escooter from ewheels based on a recommendation of an online blog. Although initially my new scooter had some issues, ewheels responded to my emails within a few hours and my problem was resolved. I am very pleased with the product and the quality of customer service provided.”

“The wheel arrived in five day from then shipping date. The email inquiries I made about extras were promptly responded to. They sent me instructions on how to unlock it in a email easy to follow. The wheel was easy to figure out. And it took me five days of two hour sessions of practice to be able to stay on it consistently. I would recommend Ewheels to anyone looking to purchase a EUC.”

“Recently purchased Dualtron Eagle Pro from eWheels. The decision to buy from them was easy, other online companies did not respond to inquiries. eWheels staff stayed in touch during the selection process and answered all my questions and concerns. The purchasing process was easy and the scooter was promptly shipped. Didn’t end there...they followed up to ensure I received the scooter. The scooter had an issue which sometimes happens but there was no “two step”. They contacted me and did everything to expedite the return so the issue can be addressed to include sending a FedEx shipping label. Truly a team effort by the staff to make me a satisfied customer. So far I am. Highly recommend them and the scooters they carry are highly respected in the “scooter world”. Thanks to Jason and his Staff.”

“I bought the turbowheel lighting and I haven't that much fun in my life . It was more than I expected and has a sturdy build and incredible speed . It is worth every bit of the money and then some . I will be buying from them again . Thank you ewheels”

“Oh I love my new MSP! It is quite beefy, very smooth and confidence inspiring. this is the second wheel I’ve purchased from the wheels. I got a Tesla last year. It’s my city wheel country wheel combination. Jason at Ewheels has been spectacular in terms of his support and advice. I needed a repair on my Tesla and he took care of it with efficiency and professionalism. Thank you Jason! Thank you Ewheels!”

“If you are looking for a personal e-vehicle, look no further. Ewheels has incredible customer service and response times. I have purchased multiple wheels and with great results. A wide range replacement parts and consumables such as tubes/tires are available here as well. Really the best one stop shop for all my EUC needs.”

“eWheels team is amazing and even though I got a faulty Gotway MSX Pro, they were very quick to remediate the issue and replace me with a new EUC. It's not at all the fault of eWheels but Gotway. Couldn't be happier with their team and customer service.”

“This company was very responsive, and answered all my questions. I paid around $1700 for I product I knew nothing about, feared maintenance and repairs and was a bit concerned about what I was getting for my money. They told me they would ship my unit at the end of May, which they did so. When it arrived I had a few more questions which Jason was all over. It is rare that you find an e commerce company which holds customer service as a principal value. These guys took care of me, and their products kick ass!”

“I have several EUC's from eWheels. Three were in stock and were shipped virtually immediately and arrived on schedule and ready to ride. The MSP was a deposit back-order purchase. eWheels kept me updated on the order. It also arrived ready to ride. Each wheel came with free or bonus extras. I usually do not like to purchase things online. But working with eWheels is a pleasant exception. Jason was very responsive to my emails and helpful in several areas, well, all areas!”

“I am a newbie to the world of euc. The people at ewheels have been very helpful, they expedited my order very quickly and when i had technical questions regarding the app and unlocking my wheel i was helped immediately. I have had nothing but a good experience with ewheels and when it's time for me to upgrade to a more advanced wheel , i will happily give my business to them.”
