“Ordered a Solowheel 3. Great product. Delivery was free and took 4 business days from time of order to delivery from California to Florida. I was a little worried since I’d watched videos online of people getting their wheel in a box that says Solowheel on the box. Kinda like mailing gold in a box labeled gold, but all went well. Thank you.”

“I placed my order on the ewheels website and my 84.2v rapid charger arrived at my house 2 days later. This charger is amazing. It allows you to choose the charging power from 1 - 5 amps and the choice to charge your batteries to 80%, 90%, or 100%. No more waiting 5-6 hours for my Gotway Tesla to fully charge. This charger is great to have for spontaneous rides and for fast charging during group rides.”

“I was hasty and pressed the button for fast shipping, when I didn't need it. EWheels reached out with a quick email, I confirmed I did not need it, and they refunded the extra. It's like they read my mind! Great work. ( Although, fix your website to not have the most expensive shipping be the default! )”

“I have purchased several uni-scooters prior to my using the eWheels. I have to say, so far the experience with ewheels has been outstanding and way better than my other purchases with this type of product from previous sources. The web site is well done and very insightful. The Solowheel 3 has been great and exactly as advertised. Love it!”

“I purchased my first wheel (Kingsong 16S) from eWheels about a year ago and have bought three other models from them since. I have the Gotway MSX and the Kingsong 18S. Over time the natural progression brings a need for a larger, faster wheel with longer range, which recently brought me to purchase the KS18XL. The XL does it all in a sleek design. I am very happy with it’s safety features and performance. My overall experience with eWheels has been very positive, I would highly recommend dealing with this company. They offer superior costumer service and Jason has been quick to respond when it came to any troubleshooting.”

“I bought two EUC, Gotway MTen3 and Ninebot Z10 from eWheels. The service and communication from eWheels was stellar. The MTen3 in particular have replaced my car for my daily commute to work since September. I ride through wind and heavy rain. Besides saving $6 parking fee, it is just a fun way to get to commute.”

“This is my second wheel purchased within 1 month of my first wheel which was the MSX. I totally love the MSX! That wheel is a workhorse! Its fast, strong and great for speed cruising or trail rides. I bought the second wheel the KS16s because I wanted a wheel for finesse riding and I am not dissappointed! The KS16s is like a precision instrument. Incredibly responsive, nimble and quick! Definitely the kingsong engineering and design is superior to Gotway but you cant deny the power of the MSX and the big 3"x18" tire offers something that KS doesn't have. Jason has been very supportive with making this happen in a timely manner and with customer support when needed. So great to have a contact here in the US for any issues that come up. So far Ive had the MSX almost a month. Logged over 220miles. The KS16s about 50 miles. Ive been riding electric skateboards for over 3 yrs. I have several top of the line eskates which are now sadly gathering dust. The EUC ride is just so much more reliable and safe than eboards. At this point the wheels are pretty much second nature and I dont worry about situations that require quick adjustments, braking or sharp turns. Having that confidence makes the whole experience that much better. If you look at forums online you will constantly be seeing posts from guys getting injured on the eskates. I have not seen many posts from guys getting creamed on an EUC. A few but overall a much safer way to get your eride fix! Thanks again jason for being reliable and prudent in your support! I already am looking at my third wheel purchase! Can you say Monster!! LOL!! Pretty addicting stuff...Have fun brother and sisters and see you on the byways!!”

“Excellent purchase experience with ewheels. I ordered my Kingsong 16s and it arrived quickly. The whole shopping experience from the first mouse click to the ring on my door by Fedex was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend shopping ewheels. I plan on purchasing Kingson 18L from them in the future. A well-earned 5 stars.”

“I’m very pleased with the service I received from ewheels. The demo units they sent out to various youtubers got me interested in the sport. I hope they continue this practice to help the community grow and allow the manufacturers to keep innovating and improving their wheels. As for some constructive criticism, the ewheels website seems dated. When I say dated I mean that it doesn’t seem to kept up to date with info. I was interested in a Z10 but couldn’t not find where to purchase it on the site. The availability grid should link to the wheels and purchasing could me a little more straightforward. I also haven’t seen any info on the rash of Z10 failures occurring recently. I did, however, find some very useful info on my first wheel the Solowheel Glide 3. Ewheels’ info and recommendations on this wheel are spot on and I’m very happy I chose this wheel. Shipping of my wheel was very fast and I received it in 3 days. Keep up the great work ewheels! I’ll definitely be purchasing my next wheel with you.”

“Picked up my first EUC from ewheels about 3 months back. A Gotway MSX. Love the damn thing!! The reason I got on ewheels was to have US support for products coming from China. Didn't want to have to deal with long wait times and poor communications. That choice was well supported. An issue came up with wheel clearance (which i found out is common on the MSX) Jason immediately sent me a return label to have the wheel inspected and adjusted. Definitely an added feeling of confidence and security with my purchase. Since then Ive purchased 2 more wheels from Ewheels! I can't imagine buying these things anywhere else! Great customer support and I love all the comparisons and videos available on the site to help with buying decisions.”
