“The product came in intact and worked well right out of the box. The only issue was the rear disc brake was rubbing against the tires but that was very easy to adjust.”

“I love my product and I am amazed with customer service before and after. I was updated and responded to immediately. When I got the scooter I broke a piece and when I emailed them they sent me the piece I broke immediately. I love the product and the company I ordered it from. I will buy here again”

“This scooter has exceeded my expectations. Made minor adjustment to suspension setting to dampen the bumps on the road. It is large very stable and powerful. The acceleration is instantaneous on level 2 and 3. I highly recommend wearing appropriate safety gear. The lights are ok, but not very useful for nightime riding. An aftermarket headlight is recommended.”

“The video I watched prior buying the unit was right, this was built like a tank. I love the head lights front and back, LED, as if your driving a latest model car. Still sticking with gear 1, it's fast, need to build more confidence. Thank you guys.”

“I ordered my Turbo Lightning Scooter about a month ago, finally received it about a week ago. To my surprise it was bigger than I expected but which raised my level of excitement, I was ready to ride into the sunset but not until I charged it, LOL!! I am happy to report I am very happy with the customer service from Jason, rented the little scooters about town here in San Francisco and Oakland Ca and this scooter is awesome, that can’t compare!! I have had this scooter up to 38mph and it was a smooth ride,, I have received several compliments from people on the BART transit system and at the malls,, it’s a great piece of machinery.. Thanks Jason and company,, additionally it was delivered early and Jason kept me in the loop as to the progress of my order!!”

“I recently purchased your Dart scooter. This is the second electric scooter I've owned, and I have to say the buying experience has been polar opposite from the other company I dealt with. From order time, to the quality of the scooter, to support from your staff on quickly returned emails, answering any and all questions, I feel like your company understands the concept of customer service. “This is a great scooter,I have road it for about 10 miles at top speeds and still have a full battery. Very fun to ride, being my first fast scooter I had to get comfortable with the speed, but with my gear on I felt safe. Love it.”

“The company itself is really good I received some daily email about the progress that was being done after my deposit which I really appreciated the dates were pretty much accurate and the scooter got here in time I have so much fun with it I use it to go to work every single day as the best drill and feeling ever thank you ewheel.”
