There is nothing not to love about Jason and his company. All my queries and requests for information have been handled promptly and thoroughly. The products I ordered from Ewheels have arrived lightning fast and flawless. Expect continued top-notch after sales support for any purchase you make from E-wheels. I bought a glide 3 for myself and a glide 2 for my wife. They are so much fun to ride. The first couple of times I was wondering if we made a bad purchase and if we would ever be able to ride them but the third try it clicked and suddenly became easy. If you are thinking about buying one just do it these are amazing and the customer support at ewheels is great.

Very happy with my purchase experience on eweheels. I received my wheel on time and am very happy with it. The customer service reps followed up with me, talked me through the issues I am having, and also have sent me some replacement items in case I need to do a repair. Couldn't be happier with their service and I love my wheel.

I chose to buy my EUC at EWheels because of their large selection of quality wheels. However, I received more than just a great wheel. The customer support is top notch before ordering and after receiving your purchase. Any issues you have will be responded to and taken care of. Great job, Jason!

In the short time that I've been a customer of eWheels, I have to say that I am very pleased with the company in many ways. When I had finally made my decision to purchase an electric scooter, (Dualtron 3,) I found several places that would have more than satisfied my purchase needs. They varied in prices and options, which made for good possibilities, but I looked for more than just "what they had to offer," product wise. I was looking for after purchase support. While I found some places that offered what I desired cheaper, (but didn't include the additional, and not inexpensive, add-ons that eWheels did, FOR FREE!) what I didn't see was a good support system. Time and time again, I was finding positive comments on eWheels, and especially, one service representative, Jason, in particular. The help that was provided seemed to be that of a company that not only wanted to sell you a product, but sell you their service as well. I was sold! I purchased my scooter, in a simple and flawless process, and awaited it's arrival. Upon receiving and setting up my new "toy/second vehicle," I found that the installed fingerprint reader was having an issue that prevented my from activating my scooter. I left a message online, but afterwards, called to speak to someone for a solution. I left a message on the voicemail, and before I could even leave my desk, Jason was calling me back and was very happy to solve my problem. After getting my issue resolved, I was up and running. Everything was working perfectly, and I was very happy with my purchase. (Not a bit of buyers remorse anywhere in sight!) I told people at work about my new scooter, and even suggested to them that if they were interested in obtaining one, GO TO EWHEELS!!! I was already singing their praises in less than twelve hours of receiving my scooter. While overwhelmed and overjoyed at my new scooter, I had overlooked one part that I wasn't sure if it had been lost, not installed or not included with my scooter. That was the bracket for making the steering handle into a carrying handle for the scooter. Once again, I sent a message to support to inquire about the bracket and to see about ordering one. I hadn't checked my email prior to messaging eWheels about the bracket, and didn't know that I had gotten a follow up email from Jason, asking if my previous problem had been taken care of. WOW!!! That wasn't expected! I told him that everything was working perfectly. I didn't mention the bracket, as I had already sent a message. No reason to rehash old news, in my opinion. The next morning, I found in my email, a response from Jason, within my original message telling him my previous problem was solved. He stated to me that he would be later that day, sending me a bracket for my scooter. I also found an email advising me that Jason had send a package to my address, along with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Everything I had heard was true! Jason is the service representative of the lifetime! He, and eWheels have proven to me that I was correct in purchasing from them, and once again have been preaching the greatness of eWheels to those that are interested in purchasing any type of scooter or E-unicycle.

I have purchased 4 KingSong wheels from eWheels/Jason over the last few years. I can’t adequately describe how satisfied I am with the excellent level of service and follow-through I have received from eWheels! Buying these unique products that are produced in China can be a real gamble for us here in the United States.........but purchasing from eWheels goes a long way in removing the anxiety with these purchases. If something ever goes wrong Jason and eWheels will do what is required to make it right. I am also aware that Jason has a unique connection with these Chinese manufacturers and his input on design changes have been implemented successfully in several cases. EWheels/Jason has made my purchases easy and satisfying on many levels, and I have no hesitation recommending purchasing through them.

This review is for the amazing customer service I got from Jason. I ordered the larger kingsong pedals and they were delivered flawlessly. When I ordered two replacement inner-tubes, I entered the wrong mailing address to go to my apartment rather than my girlfriend's apartment; where I spend all my time. Jason was very patient with me via email as I was asking him questions about the the shipment being misplaced and inquiring wether he gives discounts on replacements. So, while I'm eating up his time with three emails, I finally check the delivery address and see I entered the wrong shipping address. It turns out I made a mistake and went Chicken Little and Jason kept his cool and was chill the whole time.

The service is outstanding! Shipping is lightning fast, then I had a flat tire within a week of receiving my scooter and eWheels sent me a replacement tube free of charge, as well as provided instructions to replace the tube. Excellent service!

eWheels is my go-to for all my e-wheel needs. The prices are extremely competitive and the shipping is fast. More importantly, the service that Jason provides in unparalleled. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about his products, but he listens to customer feedback and relays it to the manufacturers. In fact, several of the design features of my favorite wheel, the Kingsong 18XL can be directly attributed to Jason's collaboration with Kingsong!
