“As far as my experience with buying from eWheels. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE! Jason McNeil is great with communication every step of the way. He'll answer all of your questions. He's prompt with replying to your emails. I always tell people to go to eWheels if they are seriously going to buy an EUC.”

“Very fun wheel, it's been easy for me to learn how to ride it. I'm 63 and having a blast! Our two sons got right up on it and within minutes were riding. Our grandkids are still a bit too small, but the adults are having fun. I would recommend it to anyone that can ride a hoverboard.”

“Based on clear product description, almost immediate responses to my several different questions, and very competitive pricing, went ahead and pulled the trigger on a new Turbowheel Lightning from EWheels. Glad I did. Do not have sufficient use to fully review the scooter yet; build quality and design appear great. I can say, without reservation, happy to have done business with EWheels. Order arrived exactly as expected, on time, with the bonus charger that is indeed far superior to the supplied standard one. So I think EWheels is educated about and competent with the products they sell. I feel I got a great deal, and if any issues arise, am confident I will be supported fairly by this seller. A++. Will add a review of the scooter, separate from the seller, once I am well experienced with it.”

“My ewheel was delivered on time as stated to my tracking number that was sent to my email. I had requested a tracking number from ewheels that evening and was promptly sent to me the next morning only to realize that one had already been sent to me shortly after my confirmation number. They are pleasant and are eager to ensure that my purchase experience is a most positive one. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase exclusively through ewheels and not through anyone else as they are true professionals and know the products inside and out. Being a 54 year old male I was very concerned about being educated on all of the unicycles and found i was able to make a very educated purchase of the inmotion v8/ solowheel glide 3. They are excellent in their descriptions and abilities of the ecycles as well as fitting one to your abilities. I would listen to what they have to say as they were dead on point about my purchase. I was and am an avid unicycle rider "the kind with pedals" and now am the proud owner of an electric one as well. Thanks for the great info in helping me make a great purchase decision!!!!! “I first saw electric unicycles on YouTube and after watching some videos and doing research I decided to buy my first wheel a Inmotion Solowheel glide 3 from eWheels.com. I’m 56y/o and it was very easy to learn to ride (less than a hour) after my twin brother saw it, he also learned to ride it. So We bought another one from ewheels and they gave us a discount on my 2nd wheel also a glide 3, which we were not expecting, they also shipped the wheels on the day they were ordered Me and my brother enjoy riding our new unicycles,”

“If you spend any time looking at videos or forum postings online about electric unicycles, you will invariably encounter many posts recommending eWheels and numerous examples of their unwavering commitment to quality and customer service. I can say that these recommendations are well deserved. From my first email to Jason at eWheels through my purchase of a KingSong 18XL, Jason and the eWheels team have provided an unparalleled customer experience. As a beginner, my initial concern was buying an expensive, high-end wheel, only to crash and damage it during the learning process. When I relayed these concerns to Jason, he offered to rent me a KingSong 14D for a small fee. This also allowed me to kickstart the learning process as the next KingSong 18XL shipment was about a month away. I put a deposit on the KingSong 18XL in black matte and anxiously awaited its arrival. Jason provided frequent updates as to the estimated time the wheel would ship. Eventually the wheels arrived at the port and cleared customs. Jason emailed me to let me know that the vendor had shipped only 20 of the planned 30 black matte KingSong 18XL wheels and unfortunately my deposit was number 21. However, Jason remained laser-focused on providing exceptional customer service and offered me a free set of replacement exterior shells in black matte if I wanted to take delivery of the wheel in white and convert it to black matte. He even offered to have the eWheels team replace the shells for me. At the same time, Jason emailed out a very detailed set of “Getting Started” instructions for operating the KingSong 18XL and its associated smartphone application. He also included video guides to help new riders learn properly and safely. Beyond all of this I haven’t even mentioned the fast and free shipping, quick responses to email questions even outside business hours, the repair and replacement part services, and Jason’s work supporting the Electric Unicycle community. For example, Jason was instrumental in spurring KingSong to create the XL pedals, which provide a much more comfortable riding experience for those with larger feet. I will definitely be a returning customer to eWheels when it is time to buy my next wheel.”
