“The Ewheels team is absolutely amazing, I usually get a response within a day or two and it’s always personal and thoughtful. They work with me to make sure everything is getting done correctly, and even provided multiple things I wanted to add to my order for free, without needing to or being asked to. The referral program is also very exciting for me and my friends, we’re all stuck on the hobby and want to keep getting more wheels. I also know that after sale service is of the same high standards which provides a lot of peace of mind and less fear of having something go wrong.”

“Really nice, fast, and light scooter. Brakes also work very well. If the tires were pneumatic tire, it would’ve been perfect, but rubber ones aren’t too bad. And unfortunately some brake parts were damaged upon arrival”

“I come from a KS16S, in which I learned to ride, Just received my new KS16X yesterday for christmas, my own gift; the KS16X is a world apart, way better, very comfortable, and responsive, I would say, you have to gain new musclue memory, related to "an odd feeling", mainly when making sharp turns, I guess is something typical to adaptation to a new wheel, nothing to worryng, furthermore, it feels very stable and smooth”

“Once again the gang at eWheels have delivered by providing great customer service and blazing fast shipping of my new KS16-X one wheel. Seamless transaction from start to finish. Been riding outdoors for about two weeks now and I must say that as a beginner-rider, this wheel is perfect in that its very stable, durable, smart, and has plenty of power to spare for later when I become more of an intermediate, and eventually well-seasoned rider. I can't imagine out-growing this wheel any time soon! Great choice on a great recommendation by eWheels website. I highly recommend!!”

“So far I had a great experience from first payment to finally payment. They reached out to give updates and information through Emails and check ups on orders. Very quick to respond to emails as well. I paid for 2 day delivery and well.... don’t expect fedex to honor that.”

“Wheel arriving a little bit late, no biggie. I'm very happy with the support information sent about my King song S18. I believe that it would be better to fill out this review after I receive the wheel. But, so far so good. Supposed to arrive Monday. Originally second week of December. Then, Saturday... Not a problem if a signature wasn't required for delivery. Update: wheel has arrived. After a email to support with a response in less than 10 min, I am all set. My special instructions were lost in the shuffle so the driver almost left after knocking on my basement door. Perfect? Nope. Of course, neither am I. Good experience. I will recommend ewheels.”

“The wheels are life changing, and this is the only store that I trust to make sure they are safe and authentic, and will have my back if something goes wrong.
