“Buying My InMotion V10F: Jason at eWheels.com was awesome. He got back to me quickly with answers and shipped out my V10F within hours of ordering. If I buy another EUC I would not hesitate to buy from him again. While going through the EUC learning curve I contacted several YouTube EUC riders and the all spoke highly of Jason. Do yourself a big favor and read Jason's V10/F Advantages & Disadvantages critique on the V10F sales page and then watch some Youtube videos for more information.”

“I was hoping to write a Very Good review for ewheels since I also have a pre-order in for the KS16X however I did have an issue with my XL Pedals for the V8/Glide 3, mainly the 3D printed spacers didn't come with the pedals. I was hoping to find a good match for the shims by using nylon washers but I'm still playing the "find the correct size" game. Jason is sending the spacers and I'm hoping to be able to try out the new pedals sometime this week and will be glad to revise the review at that time.”

I determined my selection wouldn’t do what I needed, and he took the time to understand my situation and help me make an appropriate selection. I was very pleased with the recommendation he made and it was much better than my initial selection. Excellent service!”

“Easy to learn on, letting out a little air helped me feel more stable. This thing is fun and fast. Very practical for zipping around campus or town. You'll really enjoy it, it shaves 45 min off my commute versus walking. Great buy.”

“Jason and his company ewheels are the best! I bought an awesome ewheel and they shipped it the same day. It got to me super fast and was in perfect condition. They even included free wrist guards. Their customer service was amazing too. I was sent an email with tips to get started. Also I had a few questions which were answered within 24 hours. A 5 star experience from a 5 star company. “It’s a very solid scooter. I would suggest that it comes in a better box and that a physical manual accompanies the scooter. Also I would suggest that the brakes work a little quicker. But overall seems like a solid buy. My speedometer doesn’t seem to be working so that is upsetting but overall it is”

“So, I'm brand new to electric scooters and was very skeptical of purchasing from ewheels at first, given the proliferation of scooters available on Amazon and elsewhere. However, after reading a few reviews of their customer service I decided to take the plunge on an expensive but well worth, Turbowheel Dart. Of course, nobody expects or wants to have an issue in which they'll have to contact customer service, but in my case I had a problem with the back-tire valve, but Jason promptly responded with a guide on repairs as well as shipping of replacement parts. I'm incredibly satisfied with the service they've provided, and feel thoroughly assured in future interactions with ewheels!”

“I'm delighted with my first wheel and ewheels. When getting into this sport I was concerned with the lack of a product support in The States. Jason and ewheels resolve that accurately. I had an issue with the registration server's in China. It looked to be days from being addressed. Jason got on the horn, email, and probably his wheel too if it were possible! By the next morning was I registered and riding! Thanks ewheels!”

“Ordered a Kingsong ks 14s and overnight I decided that a bigger 16s would be better. Emailed eWheels the next morning and Jason responded minutes later letting me know upgrading wouldn't be a problem. Sent the upgrade balance and received my 16s a couple days later. Great customer service!”
