“After a lot of online research I decided to buy an Inmotion Glide 3 (V8). This could only be got online. eWheels have the best reputation for service, and are in-country. They also included a wheel cover and wrist guards, so I bought this expensive/difficult to ship item from them. eWheels came up trumps. Their advice, the wheel, and after-sales service were all very satisfactory. Since then I have put >1,300 miles on this wheel (age 73) and have just upgraded to the larger V10 pedals. This purchase has significantly increased my enjoyment of retirement. I'm very pleased.”

“e-wheels had a premium service during the whole buying process. I was kindly and patiently guided. Unfortunaly when shipping I was told the scooter did not have an upgrade I was told three times to receive in the spider v2. Price its not a limitation on this deal so Im still open tu buy the brakes upgrade when available.”

“Let me start of by saying this is an amazing!! 🛴 omg! The Speed!👌🏽. so Going to Keep this short, Distance is great if you don’t Use turbo, 10-10 great build top speed going flat was 50mph gear 3/turbo, get 30-35 miles considering hills done 32 miles in one day so far. You can cruise on gear 1 or 2 at good speed and get 40+ miles, just got to learn you battery as distance”

“I must say thank you to ewheels for their great customer service. I actually purchased My KS18S from Jason at Ewheels wasn’t sure what to buy for my size and I must say the KS 18S is perfect. I need to say that words can’t explain how amazed I am with this thing. I have a KS16S but i am blown away by the proformence of the KS18S,this is a awesome device and I’m a proud owner of one. “I had a flawless experience ordering my Solowheel Glide 3 from ewheels.com. Their website is very informative and provides a great amount of information about different ewheels. The chart they provide breaks down the essential details about each ewheel, which makes the decision process much easier. The ordering process was simple and they shipped out my item right away. I was also updated on each status change with my item, right up when it was delivered. I highly recommend ewheels.com for any ewheel purchase, and will definitely use them again when the time comes for a new one.”

“I recently had issues with my wheel Not charging. Contacted Jason and in minutes he responded. He evaluated the issue and sent me a replacement charger and sure enough, it fixed it. Top notch service, bought 2 wheel from them already and will continue to support them. Thanks, Ed”

“Have only dealt with two companies in regards to electric scooters. Ewheels by far on both the before and after purchase support have been absolutely amazing. There's nowhere else I'd go to for an electric scooter. Speedway IV Pro has been an amazing scooter with no issues experienced. Even now approaching 3000km ridden; just the usual brake and tire maintenance has all the unit has needed.”
