“ewheels did everything they could to make the experience a positive one. From sending appropriate e-mails updating me on shipping, to providing download links for the App to unlock the wheel (google recently blocked the app from the playstore) to detailed step by step instructions for what options to check/uncheck for the best riding experience, ewheels helped make the purchase go smoothly.”

“I'm very happy with my purchase and the my purchase experience. I got the wheel within 3 days, right on time, plus some extra side pads. Very easy to get started riding with the notes and instructions. This was my first wheel and I'm up and riding and loving it!”

“For those of you who don’t know him, Jason is one of the foremost experts on the current EUC market and one of the only American businesses that has relationships with the Chinese manufacturers. Buying a uni from Jason means that you have access to someone who can help troubleshoot and find replacement parts for your wheel, even if it means talking to the manufacturers directly. 10/10 would buy from him again.”

“eWheels is a US distributer of electric wheels and scooters. Many of these products are made overseas. It's great to have somebody local who can sort out problems, supply parts, do repairs, etc. Jason also pushes the manufacturers to tailor their products for a better fit with US customers. The eWheels fast chargers are awesome--a must have.”

“I ordered the Speedway III and this is my first purchase from eWheels. I am very satisfied on multiple levels. First, they packaged the scooter with care - there were multiple layers to ensure the package wasn't damaged. Likewise, instructions were clear and manuals were delivered ahead of time so that I knew how to operate it right out of the box. It runs flawlessly and meets all expectations - I will definitely be purchasing future gear from them.”
