“ewheels provided incredibly quick shipping, and excellent customer service when I had questions about the Dart I planned on ordering. With a non-trivial purchase like the Dart, it was nice to get a fast response that went above and beyond on answering my questions. The shipping time also made sure I was on the road before the week was done. Highly recommend.”

“Ordered a Gotway MCM5 from Jason at ewheels.com and received it 3 days later. Wow! Talk about fast shipping and excellent customer service. Let me tell you, this MCM5 is a beast. It accelerates fast and with authority. So much torque. This is the best hill climbing wheel that I ever rode. Puts my Tesla to shame when it comes to hill climbing and the Tesla is no slouch in that area. This 14inch wheel is very fast and it has no problems hitting speeds of 27mph and this thing can turn on a dime. We did a 26 mile ride and the 800wh battery had plenty of juice left to spare. This thing is awesome. Thanks ewheels. J. West”

“I received my 3rd wheel in the past 18 months from eWheels and in my opinion the service has always been great from day one. In the 18 months of riding, I was involved in two accidents. Both times, eWheels quickly shipped the replacement parts and followed through to ensure everything was okay. Depending on the volume of emails and priority, sometimes the response may take half a day. Generally, Jason is easy to reach and if there's something he is't certain, he has direct contacts with the manufacturer for the correct answer. Little touches like this is why I already pre-ordered my 4th wheel and will continue living this EUC lifestyle with eWheels as my only place to buy new wheels.”

“I’ve made the move over to Ewheels after purchasing a few unicycles from a competitor. I will say since I made the transition to Ewheels the service level has been top notch. Jason is extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and answers the phone and treats you with a genuine concern for your problem and or purchases. He has made me a lifer going forward. I will buy all my parts and unicycles from Ewheels exclusively. I am extremely happy and still awaiting my New GotWay, Nikola as well as my King song 16 X”

“I have never before interacted with a company that takes such good care of its customers. Jason has made my dealings with eWheels one of the best buyer experiences I think people can ask for. I am constantly amazed with the level of service they provide, from the help and well-thought-out advice I received while making a decision as to what to buy, the constant and unprompted updates on the status of my orders, and the unhesitating willingness to PROACTIVELY help or send parts when something goes wrong. I heard about eWheels while browsing online, and am so glad that I did. Having experienced what it is like to buy from them, I will never take my business anywhere else.”

“I opted for overnight shipping (out of sheer excitement) & due to complications with my bank my order was not finalized until after 4:30pm Tuesday. Not 5mins later J called me to confirm & inform me of the Free extra 100volt charger. At 10:30am Wednesday it was at my house. He also sent me an email with ALL the info I needed. I got more than my money's worth with the electric unicycle & the service was just as good! Overall I could not be more pleased. My next e.u.c. WILL be from EWheels.”

“Wish there was English details written of parts , modes and how to operate them. (Wheel and charger)Also a forum for the zip codes of riders would also help find others to enjoy with. But being a person who never touch anything like this before, it took me 1 hour to with wife and porch to have confidence to ride in neighborhood, enjoying this new hobby of mine.”

“The entire experience with ewheels has been a dream come true. The wheel arrived as scheduled and works like a charm. I travel 80% of my commutes by way of my wheel. “Jason was incredibly responsive and helpful - he even worked with my schedule to ship the wheel so it would arrive on a date when I was not traveling. The wheel arrived and was ready to go IMMEDIATELY! Nothing like some wheels I had ordered from other locations. The fast charger is also awesome. Will be ordering from eWheels for all my future purchases!”

“Very fun wheel, it's been easy for me to learn how to ride it. I'm 63 and having a blast! Our two sons got right up on it and within minutes were riding. Our grandkids are still a bit too small, but the adults are having fun. I would recommend it to anyone that can ride a hoverboard.”
