“Awesome product and as advertised..... My new Turbowheel Lightning is bad ass, built well and fast! I also, got the Rapid charger (which has a percentage setting for longevity of my new 23 amp LG battery). This thing is built like a tank! Jason was awesome and most helpful! Thanks guys!”

“I ordered a kingsong speed charger and asked for an additional adapter for an old gotway charger to kingsong that I wanted to use as a backup for kingsong, because I don't have any gotways anymore. Instead I was sent a gotway speed charger with an adapter to kingsong, which does work, but is not what I requested, and is a bit annoying.”

“Great company with great customer service. There is a reason Jason and the eWheels team are highly spoken about, they care about their customers. “Quick shipping, free extra accessories such as gloves and cover. Unfortunately there was no list with the contents of the box, so I couldn’t check if anything wasn’t included. I’m writing that because when I received my Glide 2 (from Amazon) I also got a rear anti-splash wing, that protects your wheel and yourself from dirt when riding in the wet weather.”

“I've ordered 3 wheels from Ewheels: KS16S, MSX, and a KS16X. I've also bought an extra shell and pedals for my KS16S. The sales experience with Ewheels has been excellent, Jason and Company kept me very well informed every step of. the way. They rank at the top for support and follow through.”

Products are priced competitively and the after the sale communications are way beyond what is expected from a typical e commerce business. “Ewheels is the best of the best. You can have peace of mind buying from Ewheels, the support from this company is very very good. 1) They are willing to help you out as far as any issues from your product you bought from them. Buying from China product is very risky taking a chance without support guarantee. If they do it will take forever. 2) Jason will give you honest advise about the product. 3) the price is guarantee cheaper than the others.”
