“This is a great scooter,I have road it for about 10 miles at top speeds and still have a full battery. Very fun to ride, being my first fast scooter I had to get comfortable with the speed, but with my gear on I felt safe. Love it.”

“Received my Turbo Wheel Lighting right on time. Ewheels kept me informed of the progress being shipped and built. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is my skid plate arrived dirty and scuffed up. I called ewheels and they apologized and said they would send out a replacement. I'll change my rating as soon as it arrives. Other that that, the scooter is Rocket, well built and rides like a dream...”

“The company itself is really good I received some daily email about the progress that was being done after my deposit which I really appreciated the dates were pretty much accurate and the scooter got here in time I have so much fun with it I use it to go to work every single day as the best drill and feeling ever thank you ewheel.”

“i heard about jason at ewheels from few other people. i contacted jason via email with all the questions that a newbie normally has. jason answered all my various questions. we exchanged quite a lot of emails, i always had my questions answered within a few hours. finally i purchased a nikola from ewheels which should be here in the next couple days. also going to buy a second wheel when it hits the market. with the way the manufacturing companies are as far as tech support, i wouldn’t buy direct from them or other xxx companies because you will have issues probably and that’s when buying from ewheels will give you peace of mind! highly recommended.”

“I ordered my wheel and had to have the shipping delayed due to a business trip. Jason worked with me and the wheel made it to my house right on time. Not too late and most importantly not too early. He even threw in some free wrist guards!”

The wheel shipped very quickly, was well packaged and arrived earlier than expected. eWheels was very communicative providing me everything I needed to know about the product I was purchasing, recommended apps, how to get the wheel riding for the first time. “I must say I’ve bought unicycles from other vendors but the service level at the eWheels is the pinnacle. I mean it’s absolutely the best. Jason McNeil is very professional, very quick in his response, he never seems annoyed when I call, he always is willing to give advice and help you be successful with your purchases. I Highly recommend eWheels and I’m normally not one to write reviews .”

“Unrivaled customer service! Usually when dealing with an online store I experience great trouble going through the motions to get to speak with a person. Here you send a message and Jason will respond. Not sure if he does everything here but if he is a one person operation then he is really on top of it.”

“This scooter is amazing. Jason was so helpful and answered emails within seconds. The steering is super stiff and this scooter hauls ass on Mode 3. Even on Mode 1, single motor, eco mode, this scooter still goes 17mph easy. Quit reading the reviews and buy it now.”

“So far so good I'm enjoying my a lightning wheel Turbo very cool machine I'm using it eight months out of the year which I think is $2,400 price is worth it in Canadian money obviously the only downside that I saw so far is the cheap charger that they give you I don't care if you guys charged me 2500 please give me a decent charger that thing could not even charge my laptop with is ridiculous size and no option of filling up 80% of the battery which I thought was the charger I was getting because of all the emails that you guys send with pictures”
