“Loving it. Received the KS16X as it is my first EUC. 135km in 6 days. Legs are aching while training new muscles. Prior ordering all my questions were promptly answered and the purchase and delivery went without hiccups.”

“I purchased with my sons financial input, an Ewheel! He is 17 year old and worked very long to save for this. The product took longer than expected to arrive due to a fire in shipping with some of the many boxes of Ewheels, all reported to us as the company became aware. The company was very communicative and apologetic which eased our stress completely in the wait. It arrived according to what the company explained was their best service time to us possible, considering the issues that were in part out of their control. The company did say they needed to test every Ewheel for any fire damage before sending products to any valued customers. My son was very delighted to receive his Ewheel in perfect condition. He’s excited, it was worth the wait!”

“I was initially concerned when my delivery arrived. There was no outer plain box. FedEx delivered the wheel with very awesome looking InMotion V11 packaging. It was not package taped, so I was a little worried about the contents. However, all the expected contents were in the package and the wheel looks awesome. I have not been able to test ride the wheel yet because of the current snowy conditions in my area, but really looking forward to it. Besides the "smoky" smell of the box, I don't have any complaints. The delivery process was tremendous. The FedEx kept me updated and had no problems. Looking forward to a lot of miles on this wheel. Thanks A LOT eWheels!!!”

“What i really liked about eWheels was the relationship we started before the order. I discussed my options and concerns and they guided me to what turned out to be the best wheel for me. I ordered a 16X and since I live in AZ it arrived in just two days and delivered on a Saturday. Now my son-in-law is looking for his first wheel and he is also looking at the 16X or 18XL but I think he'll go with mine. Hard to beat the 3" tire (and doesn't burst into flames like you know who). Of course he's going to purchase from eWheels. The only negative, and not eWheels fault, was my Roll.nz cover, ordered with the wheel, was an older "design" from Roll.nz I did not know until I complained to Roll.nz about its fit. They mentioned they have a new better design now. I didn't think to make sure the cover was new stock because of eW's assurance that the wheels are the newest available. The cover works after modification but disappointed that I spent 100 dollars on old stock cover with flaws. Again not eW's fault. I completely recommend eWheels and will use them for our next purchase.”
