“Ewheels has great customer service. I have been bugging them about every wheel I almost buy then cancel. So I was glad to finally buy an S18 from them and everything went smoothly.”

“I’ve only been in the EUC game for about a half a year so far, but I’ve already purchased two wheels from eWheels and couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service with them. As far as I know, they’re the only distributor that’ll ship to Hawaii. Jason, Drew, William, and the team over at eWheels are great in answering any questions you may have, and I very much appreciate the fact that they’re proactive in getting the manufacturers to up their QC game, by actually traveling to their facilities and inspecting the wheels that eWheels are bringing in. Obviously you can’t catch every defect and some defects are only realized after a certain number of units are out in the wild and have enough time elapsed. Still, it’s reassuring that the folks over at eWheels are taking these necessary steps to mitigate these issues. All in all, a fantastic company to do business with!”

“As always e-wheels pulls through. I even got a refund for shipping because of a deposit I had made a month prior. The level of customer service that I personally experiences along with everyone else I talk to is unmatched in so many industries let alone the PEV world. Love you guys so much for all that you do. I will be a fan for life!”

“Havent received the EUC yet but ewheels is a FANTASTIC and extremely responsive team! I have been very dissatisfied with other companies this year who have no idea what their inventories are and move backorders from weeks to months to several months. Ewheels kept me updated and I always knew what to expect! Fantastic communication and order shipped to me as planned.”

“I recently purchased the Sherman from eWheels and the transaction was great. I have honestly not experienced such great costumer service from a company. You almost feel like you have a dedicated person responding only to you because they are quick with their communications. It's for this reason that I will only do business with eWheels for anything EUC related.”

“I can't stress enough how great it was to deal with Ewheels for my last wheel, tires and innertube were. I'm in Canada yet it feels they are only a few hours away with how easy it is to have things delivered quickly to me. I have an euc shop 25mins from me yet I think Ewheels is my new goto place for anything I need”
