“Initially ordered the 14D in black with the smaller 340 Wh battery, but after changing my mind on the battery size I asked them if I could upgrade to a 420 Wh model as the wheel had not be shipped yet. They quickly updated my order while offering me a nice rebate, and shipped the wheel that same day. Great service as always.”

“In this industry what matters most is communication. Shipping delays happen from Chinese factories. Units arrive dead on arrival. Issues come up within the first couple miles. EWheels customer service is top notch dealing with all of this. When small issues came up with my wheel, they sent out replacement parts for free the same day I emailed them. I will continue buying from them.”

“Honest, informative and friendly people, is how I would describe the people at eWheels. I knew very little, other than what I had seen on YouTube, about the EUC. Reviews online by riders all had one thing in common and that was how great eWheels is to buy from. Everything from helpful service to great prices and excellent products. My experience with eWheels has been nothing but the best. Their helpful guidance in selecting the EUC that best fit me was spot on. I felt comfortable in my decision to purchase from eWheels from the very beginning and I am confident, based on the support I have already received, that eWheels will be there for me should any warranty issue come up. “Fantastic! I was not sure where to buy my in motion V11 but other reviews seemed positive. My pre purchase inquiries were promptly addressed and the shipping was expedited to arrive in time for a trip . Small problem with charger was addressed instantly. Fantastic company !!”

“I bought my second wheel (V11 - shocks needed for my old man knees) last week, and decided to try eWheels. Wow. Fantastic customer service, it’s night and day. Fast shipping, ordered Friday afternoon mtn time arrived Sunday! I wanted to add things to the order, they made it so easy for me, I felt appreciated and among friends. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time/money anywhere else.”

“Loving it. Received the KS16X as it is my first EUC. 135km in 6 days. Legs are aching while training new muscles. Prior ordering all my questions were promptly answered and the purchase and delivery went without hiccups.”

“I purchased with my sons financial input, an Ewheel! He is 17 year old and worked very long to save for this. The product took longer than expected to arrive due to a fire in shipping with some of the many boxes of Ewheels, all reported to us as the company became aware. The company was very communicative and apologetic which eased our stress completely in the wait. It arrived according to what the company explained was their best service time to us possible, considering the issues that were in part out of their control. The company did say they needed to test every Ewheel for any fire damage before sending products to any valued customers. My son was very delighted to receive his Ewheel in perfect condition. He’s excited, it was worth the wait!”
