“Ewheels is always SUPER helpful and they respond so fast. You can almost always count on getting a response on the same day you ask a question. Additionally, the shipping is so quick. I was able to place an order for my most recent wheel and they shipped it out the same day. I live in Washington, and it was already out for delivery on the second day. I also really appreciate the support they give post-delivery. The first wheel I ordered had an issue where it would only charge to ~72-74%. They took care of me right away. If you're thinking about getting your first EUC, ewheels is the place to do business.”

“These pedals function well for the low cost. A simple and must have upgrade for any InMotion wheel. Ewheels has been my only supplier for euc and parts since my first wheel.”

“It was a pleasure to order from ewheels. I ordered and it was shipped out that same afternoon. Fed ex was two days late, but that has nothing to do with ewheels. After the purchase, I received an email, with tips about the scooter. These people are very professional and cordial. I tried ordering from a competitor prior and they were extremely rude for no reason. Ewheels is excellent.”

“My experience with Ewheels has been nothing short of Awesome!! Not just the purchase of the wheel but the service. I crashed my wheel and the staff responded to my emails quickly and helped me find the correct parts to get my wheel going again. I mostly interacted with Jason. Even when I ordered the wrong part they got me back on track. No issues, just super helpful. Rare to see such Excellent service these days. I won't buy from anyone else.”

“After 4 years of using Inmotion V8 as my first/last mile semi-commute vehicle I just purchased the upgraded Inmotion V8S. For slightly higher weight it gives me much better range. The reason I did it through e-wheel's is Jason's legendary support I can always count on. I doubt you will find a better one anywhere else. Kudos to Jason and his team. I am looking for more years of ewheel fun.”

“I bought my first wheel (Nikola) in 2019. Every wheel after Ive also bought from ewheels. Since the beginning, they've been very helpful regarding any questions on future and past purchases. Including technical advice and how to videos when needed for an at home repair or maintenance. Which raises my confidence when performing a task that is new to me regarding my EUC's. I am very thankful for all their help and will continue to purchase my Wheels with them. You'll be thankful you did too!”

If the repair can't be handled by the customer, we always have the option to send the machine to one of our repair affiliates. Our goal is to get our customers up and riding!
