“This is the first unicycle that we have purchased. I decided on the Inmotion v12ht and in hindsight, maybe this was not the best choice for a first wheel. They say you can learn on anything, but I do believe the weight of this machine is a hindrance. This is in no way a reflection on your wheels. It's just my own stupidity. As far as the wheels is concerned, their shipping was prompt and I had numerous email conversations with them because FedEx screwed up the order and there were duplicate tracking numbers. I will be purchasing a second wheel and it will be from the wheels although the wife and myself need to get quite a bit more proficient before we make a second purchase.”

“I just pulled the trigger on the commander mini and was not disappointed. The wheel was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I had a small firmware issue that Jason and Eric sorted it out in minutes for me. I would not trust my cash with any other company right now. I am beyond satisfied with my decision to buy from ewheels. You guys rock.”

“I have dealt with a ton of online retailers and eWheels is by far the best I have ever dealt with!! I placed an order and within minutes I had tracking numbers for my order. Jason reached out to let me know the order will be shipped the same day (the order was placed on a Friday). The following week I received my orders on Wednesday and Thursday via FedEx. I had a few questions about the scooter and Jason was super quick to reply with an answer!! I'd give additional stars if they were available!! Best experience from start to finish ever!! Great job Jason & eWheels!!”

“My Sherman-S (its terrific) is the 4th wheel I've purchased from ewheels, (S18,Mten3,Sherman Max, Sherman-S) and the process has always been smooth. When my S18 needed tech help (back in 2021) that process (online & phone diagnosis, warranty repair) also went smooth. 2 thumbs up!”

“I've heard mythical stories about vendors like these folks - for the first time in my life, I can now say I've experienced the level of service which makes a loyal customer, now looking for how I can further support and advertise for them. Businesses like this earn the privilege of charging extra, but these prices are *lower*. About a half-dozen magical consumer experiences occurred over the course of a few days in an email thread (with *immediate* replies from them), where I got the sense that Eric and Jason would absolutely ensure I enjoy my purchase and have all my expectations set and bases covered. Summing the details, I got education, detailed product info, bonus items, and (standard) shipping both sent and arriving faster than an amazon prime purchase. I got more than what I paid for, at a lower price than the competitors, and things I couldn't even get anywhere else, with the latest model/batch, and... It was all perfect. Do yourself a favor and pick this company for all your EUC needs - I know I will.”

“Let me start by saying that it’s taken me about 6 years to gather up the courage to buy an EUC. After so many YouTube videos and researching numerous EUC’s I finally chose one that is right up my alley. Although against popular consensus, I chose the veteran Patton. I like my equipment tough and very rugged, mind you there were more things that were involved in buy the VP. Well I spent the dough and waited for it since it was on back order and here is where things went from holy crap why did I just spend this money on the machine to Eric from ewheels coming out of nowhere and telling to pull it together, it gonna be alright. Eric not only went out of his way to ease my anxiety over this purchase, manage to be prompt with his responses which made me set up my feet grab a piña colada and wait for the VP to come in. And it did, it came today 9/21/23 at lunch time and of course you hear so many bad things about these EUC’s so I was cautious when plugging the VP in. I did so and all was cool until I saw something that for some that have own the EUC would say “ehhh..” and go on with life. Of course I’m flipping out I don’t know what to do. I have all first responders on standby. Then it clicked in, let me send an email to Eric and see what the Wizard has to say. Mind you had it been another company I’d probably grow grays and see my grandchildren grow, but with ewheels and Eric at the wheel. With a couple of minutes of sending the email here comes Eric on his horse (like in the old movies when the hero comes in on a horse) and of course explains what’s going on. Well I kinda kick myself on the butt and and bowed down like Wayne in Wayne’s world when they met Alice cooper! I wasn’t worthy! lol. Listen all joking aside I made a great decision to buy from eWheels, the attention to the customer is bar none. And rest assure that I will be buying my sons EUC here again and as well you should to if you want that peace of mind. Thanks to Eric and to eWheels for hiring such a great asset!”

“I just received my Veteran Patton from eWheels. It is the 4th EUC i have bought from them. The reason i keep comming back, is customer support. When i broke a rim after 6000 miles on my Sherman, they flew a repair person into Phoenix that fixed the problem in a day or two. A few hiccups with my S22, and they upgraded it to a S22pro at no charge to me. At 65 i am no longer able to do heavy repair. With Ewheels i simply do not have to worry about anything.”

“The folks at eWheels are knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the right product. The MTen4 is my first wheel from them, but won't be my last. The machine itself is a blast: the short wide tire immediately unlocked the ability to go backwards for me. While it isn't something I particularly want to take above 15mph or so, it is fantastic as a short errand getter, tool to improve your riding, or a 'beatup' wheel to teach your friends on. It wouldn't be my only wheel, but I am glad I have it ;)”
