“For me there is no rational reason not to buy one's EUC from eWheels if you live in the USA and maybe Canada. They standby everything they sell even when the manufacturers don't. The service I have received has been top tier. I probably would not have purchased my KS18L at all if eWHEELS didn't exist. Other means of procuring the wheel were to risky for my blood.”

“online purchaser. Jason at Ewheels was very quick to respond to e-mails. Very personable and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Jason was spectacular in arranging free shipping as well as a local tech William adding the water resistance recall to my purchase as well as safety gear and on site training/pointers as I was a new rider. Top notch service with this team. You guys rock!”

“Ewheels is the best at customer support after the sale, questions or problems are dealt with quickly. I simply had some questions about my new wheel and sent an email to support@ewheels.com, the answers came in minutes. When buying a tech product from China, such as an EUC it is reassuring to know that ewheels will be there for you. Jason McNeil is the best. Thanks”

“Received my ks14s wheel in excellent condition. I will have a fairly long learning curve, I fear, but can envision carefree cruising eventually. It is just too soon to know how quickly I may be able to ride. Have purchased knee, elbow and wrist protection and already had a helmet. Now all I need is the time, place and will to keep at it till su cess is achieved. Thanks, Jason, for the help in choosing this fine wheel.”

“Nobody supports the EUC community like Jason and the eWheels team. He's gone above and beyond so many times for me I've lost count. Replacement parts, warranty work, and so much more. There is nobody in the US that supports his EUC customers anywhere close to Jason. Great job!”

“When I placed me order my wheel was on backorder but Jason kept me up to date as when he expected it to arrive and then shipped it out immediately. Much appreciated! When my wheel arrived I had issues with unlocking and I emailed Jason for help and he responded within 5 minutes. Awesome! He did this two more times for me until I got my wheel up and running. Great after the sale support, this is why I chose ewheels. Great all around experience and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to purchase.”

“I've bought 2 wheels from ewheels now, and I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. They have a huge selection, they actually have those selections in stock, the prices are good, the specials and promotions are fantastic, the customer service is top notch, and delivery was fast and accurate. If you're looking to purchase a PEV then buying from ewheels is a no-brainer.”
