“Jason is a superstar when it comes to service. If you’re getting a product that they carry, I highly recommend going through Jason/e-wheels. I even busted my panel & pad and Jason had a replacement sent immediately!!!”

“I purchased a SoloGlide V3 from eWheels recently. I received everything promptly with no delivery issues. I had some questions afterwards about the fast charging system I had also purchased and I had my answers fast. Wheel is working great, skills are improving, having fun. Over 100 miles so far. All good.”

“Jason at eWheels is great. I had about a dozen interactions via phone or email with him over the last year. He has always been helpful and his advice has panned out. I feel much more comfortable buying an expensive Chinese product from a real person with a warranty then getting something off a Aliexpress or Ebay. Jason has numerous fans on the forums and youTube. I will not buy my wheels anywhere else. Thank you Jason.”

“If you live in the USA, buying a scooter or EUC from anyone but eWheels is likely a bad decision. Jason (eWheels) will support anything he sells beyond the limits of what the manufacturer will do. I have purchased a KS18L (first batch that had trolley problems), and a regular charger and fast charger for the KS18L. He took care of any first batch problems with the KS18l and shipped the chargers the same day as they were ordered. When "I" wrecked the anchors on the inner shell via a crash and damaged the trolley rails, he offered to send replacements free of charge although it was totally not his responsibility. Can't wait, want to save a few bucks go elsewhere .. good luck with that.”

“After a lot of online research I decided to buy an Inmotion Glide 3 (V8). This could only be got online. eWheels have the best reputation for service, and are in-country. They also included a wheel cover and wrist guards, so I bought this expensive/difficult to ship item from them. eWheels came up trumps. Their advice, the wheel, and after-sales service were all very satisfactory. Since then I have put >1,300 miles on this wheel (age 73) and have just upgraded to the larger V10 pedals. This purchase has significantly increased my enjoyment of retirement. I'm very pleased.”

“Let me start of by saying this is an amazing!! 🛴 omg! The Speed!👌🏽. so Going to Keep this short, Distance is great if you don’t Use turbo, 10-10 great build top speed going flat was 50mph gear 3/turbo, get 30-35 miles considering hills done 32 miles in one day so far. You can cruise on gear 1 or 2 at good speed and get 40+ miles, just got to learn you battery as distance”

“I must say thank you to ewheels for their great customer service. I actually purchased My KS18S from Jason at Ewheels wasn’t sure what to buy for my size and I must say the KS 18S is perfect. I need to say that words can’t explain how amazed I am with this thing. I have a KS16S but i am blown away by the proformence of the KS18S,this is a awesome device and I’m a proud owner of one.
