“You may find cheaper prices for EUCs in North America, but in the end, it doesn't matter how good your distributor is: ALL EUC's run the risk of quality control / defect issues, being a niche product Made in China. Don't let a Joe Schmo seller leave you on an island to fight the far-away China-based manufacturer for warranty claims / repairs. Get peace of mind by purchasing your wheel from eWheels.com, no other seller in North America will fight to provide better support. I say this because I was once that customer who purchased a faulty wheel from a Joe Schmo distributor, in the end deserted for support, left to fight the manufacturer alone. (I basically ate the cost of said wheel in the end). Never again!”

“Delivered the day as promised, excellent packaging and prompt service! I ordered the turbo charger a couple weeks later and same result! I bought the Solowheel Glide 3 and am unregrettably addicted! Once I master this vehicle, I'm heading back to eWheels to get an upgrade!”

“Jason has the BEST awesome support for his customers, Mten3 speaker failed Jason sent a return shipping label and had it back to me with in the week!! Amazing service!! When there was a recall for water proofing V10F Jason sent return shipping and had it back to me with in a week. I even sent a trouble shooting video on a wheel that I didn't buy from Jason on a Saturday, by Sunday Jason replied with a solution. You can't get better service, I will not buy a wheel anywhere else but ewheel's. Where I live nobody has Electric Unicycles so I get a-lot of attention, I tell everybody the best place to buy is ewheel because of the customer service!!! Thank you Jason and ewheels for being so awesome!! Very happy customer, Davids Boatman”

“Cant say enough about the personal touch and service you get with ewheels. I had an odd request to change my payment method, Jason contacted within literally a few hours of an email and made the changes. O..Totally love my KS18xl, arrived on time and in beautiful condition. Got a few rides in before the snow started :) Thanks again ewheels!!”

“Ewheels went above and beyond the necessary duty. The delivery was fast, accurate, and straightforward. In addition to the product, they sent links to download both factory and 3rd party apps so I would be ready as soon as my wheel arrived. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would absolutely reccomend ewheels for anyone looking to purchase their products.”

“I ordered KingSong 18L from ewheels and they were fast in shipping my e.u.c. I also like how ewheels have so many selections to choose from and were very descriptive of every product they sell. I will definitely be ordering another electric wheel from them in the near future. P.S. My KingSong 18L is one BAD ASS riding machine!!!!!”
