“Wheel was shipped fast and came in good condition. Would give a 5 star but there were no documents or anything with the wheel, just a few 30amp fuses sprinkled I'm the box with it. Still don't know what they are from! Website does need some updating.”

“No complain at all. Jason was quick in responding to my inquiry and the delivery was very quick. This is my first wheel and I have a deposit on another. After an hour of practice Im able to go 25 to 30 feet. Ive got a ways to go but I can already tell mastering this will be a real joy.”

“I purchased the E-TWOW GT scooter. It came quickly and was in perfect condition. Items of note: 1. The instructions are not complete. They do not tell you how to change into miles and Mph. 2. The instructions do not tell you how to get your unit out of instant throttle mode which it seemed to default to when I switched to Imperial settings. Note-* - Search Youtube to find out how to change the settings above. Now the Pros... 1. This damned scooter is frigin fast! It is my second scooter. The first one only went about 15mph max. This one reads 26mph (actual 24mph with gps) and in a straight line is sweet, but traveling down a skinny sidewalk with whoops around trees is scarry. 2. There are some reviews where people complain that the regererative braking isnt strong enough. Well I'm here to tell you that at full speed you can almost throw yourself over the handlbars if you press the brakes to full down. I is almost too much brakes. I purchased the 2019 version (no drum brake and no kickstand) becuase it saves 4 lbs and absoultely no need for them. It stand straight up by itself when the front end is released. Rear drub brake will just slide down the road if squeezed hard due to the hard rubber tire. Well worth the money!!! I hope this helps.”

“Received shipment was exactly as expected, and this V10F wheel is great! The only downside was the use of Fedex, their shipment tracking system is really bad. The order was placed on a Monday, and I received confirmation from them for the next Thursday (before it had even cleared customs), Friday, and the following Monday, when I actually received the unit. Despite that, I would not hesitate to order other wheels or accessories from eWheels.”

“Definitely much better then I thought. Very fast. Very well built. I'm 6ft 254 pound bodybuilder and this scoot doesn't wobble or miss a beat. Without a doubt the best scooter I have. Keep up the good work!”
