“To start the customer service is probably one of the best I have experienced. Response is quick and remedy is swift. Kept the customer updated every step of the way. Not sure who built the process but it's awesome. No hassle payment, quick and efficient delivery. Will suggest the company in the future to others.”

“EWheels is awesome, their customer support and care for their brand/products is why it's worth going with them 100% of the time. Sure you can probably find the same wheel cheaper from some no name online seller/alibaba/etc, but do you really wanna chance getting a dud and having no support? This is a niche hobby and unfortunately the quality control isn't always the best, I had the misfortune of receiving a 100v Nik+ that had some issues but ewheels helped me quickly diagnose and ultimately replace the wheel. Glad I spent a little extra and had a reputable source to work with rather than being left with a dud wheel and out $2k!”

“I purchased a King Song 16x. I looked at other dealers and found eWheels to be the most talked about as far as their excellent reputation. I had question prior to and after my purchase. These were answered in a very timely manner. Would I purchase from eWheels again? Most definitely. I am 68 years old and overweight, my progress learning to ride is slow using U-Strides 12 step program. If you are in doubt about getting an EUC, just do it, eWheels will treat you right.”

“Ewheels has catered to me even prior to when my Turbowheel Lightning + arrived! They have discounted accessories for me while I waited and have kept me up to date when my scooter will arrive. “Everything has been good so far. Im like 220lbs and the E twow gt carries me just fine. The only thing I'd knock it for is that it's almost too torquey. I know its a good thing for us wild people, but my girl has a hard time wrangling it in some times. Maybe have a setting that would gradually increase the torque. (I know you can do this with the trigger, but still). Anyway, it's great. Fast, strong, portable, solid tires, and shocks. The best everyday scoots-ster”

“Wheel was shipped fast and came in good condition. Would give a 5 star but there were no documents or anything with the wheel, just a few 30amp fuses sprinkled I'm the box with it. Still don't know what they are from! Website does need some updating.”
