“Definitely much better then I thought. Very fast. Very well built. I'm 6ft 254 pound bodybuilder and this scoot doesn't wobble or miss a beat. Without a doubt the best scooter I have. Keep up the good work!”

“I am very satisfied with my experience with eWheels. Drew B. was very helpful in answering my questions (pre-during-post) sales. He confirmed that my requested item was in stock and could ship immediately - which was then quickly processed and shipped out when I completed the online ordering process. Afterwards, he promptly answered my email where I had requested info on how I could unlock the speed limitation of the Kingsong wheel that I had purchased. I'm happy with my wheel and would buy from them again. I would also highly recommend eWheels to anyone considering purchasing a wheel.”

“This is one of the rare businesses where I would pay a higher price, just for their product knowledge and tech-support: I've purchased a dozen or more products from eWheels over the years, and anytime I've had a technical issue, a technician has gotten on the phone with me, and helped me debug the problem. When I've needed a part they have sent it immediately, often overnight. Jason (the owner?) has been spot on with product recommendations, and on a couple occasions has explained why he has avoided carrying specific products. eWheels has my utmost respect, and my highest recommendation.”

“Bought 16x for my first euc. Coming from extensive onewheel background with over 4000 miles, I was excited to try something new. Almost 200 miles now on euc and I am loving it. The range, speed, torque are amazing. I picked it up after about an hour in a parking lot and after some miles on a trail feel more than comfortable riding on road and the few trails I've been on was an amazing experience. Ewheels was great sent wheel right away and I ordered a cover for it days later and they waved shipping and even sent it next day without me even asking. Fed ex screwed up shipping a little, but thats what fedex does. More than happy with my experience and will def go through ewheels for my next purchase. Coming from dealing with future motion it is very satisfying to actually have some customer support/ service.”

“Very happy the quick shipping and communication from ewheels. I was waiting on a V11 which has some delays in production. I decided to switch over to something else so I could get some riding in before winter. They gave me some options that were in stock or soon to be in stock and I decided to go with the KS16X (maybe I can try the V11 next year). Ewheels shipped out my KS16X the same day and I was riding just a few days later! Thank you!!”

“I ordered a Kingsong 18xl, arrived in perfect condition. The rapid charger I ordered was missing the adapter, but customer service took care of it quickly, and without me spending any additional money on shipping!”
