“Zero complaints with shipment of all accessories and my new KS16X EUC. Packaging was well done and shipping was fast and problem free. Will definitely be order all my parts and wheels from here in the future! Also would like to thank customer service for answer all my questions prior to me ordering my wheel! “My turbowheel phantom. Was ordered processed and shipped extremely fast customerservice @Ewheels seems to be very top notch now onto my purchase the Scooter at this price point I believe is the number one choice for any potential buyers. Buyer beware this is not a toy ! Love my scoot”

“Great service, every interaction I had with ewheels staff made it clear how committed they are to helpful communication with customers. There was a slight delay with the shipping of my wheel (due to FedEx’s issues with the pandemic, nothing to do with ewheels), and Jason and William we’re both very helpful throughout the process. I’d easily recommend shopping at this site any day!”

“This is my second wheel that I purchased from ewheels. My first EUC was the Kingsong 18XL, hands down this was the best wheel to learn how to ride an EUC. My second wheel was the MSP, awesome wheel. I would purchase from ewheels any day!”

“Bought the TW Lightning+ in July. Very happy with it. Very fast scooter. Only issue is the stem is a little loose. Hope you guys get the rugged clamp soon and the steering damper. Jason and Bill are awesome reps!!! Can’t say enough good things about them both.”

“Great customer service. For a rookie it was great to get helped to pick the right EUC. Got the KingSong two days later and started to learn. KS 16X proved a great pick. 3" wide tire help in stability, 16" diameter is small enough to be nimble. I'm a big guy 6'2" and 220 lb so needed something sturdy. Set the motors to beginner after 1h I was driving across my back yard. Nor one week later I can ride slowly around town and changed to intermediate motor setting. So happy with their recommendation of an EUC I can grow with.”

“So this is my very first EUC and because of that I went with the King Song 14D. I chose that model due to its durability as I knew I would have a few bail outs getting use to riding it. Also, I wasn't sure if I would like it so the price point was very good at $850 with great range and an average speed of 16mph plus 4 bluetooth speakers for music. I am an avid snowboarder and wanted something to get around the city (Houston) so I started looking at the OneWheels starting with the Pint, but the speed and range were very poor when compared to EUC's. The EUC's overall can travel further and faster and still have the capability to go off road which is why I decided to go it. Purchasing and delivery was easy and very fast with tracking the entire way. Once I got the product, I was confused on operating as it only comes with a basic manual and doesn't really help too much, but the eWheels team sends an extra email to help with all the setting up and extra info. (I also got immediate response to my email and got a call directly from the eWheels team - very responsive to questions!) You do need to connect to the app the first time and even though you get connected to the bluetooth you have to manually unlock the wheel through the app itself. I was a little confused because I thought just being connected unlocked the wheel, which is does not. Once all was good to ride, there is a learning curve. I did not have the access to a shopping cart, but I do think that would probably be best way to learn. I just went out to a large soccer field and slowly got accumulated to getting on the wheel and taking off. i was able to take large wide turns in the field and was a softer area for the wheel to crash when losing my balance. Yesterday was my first day, and I probably spent about 3-4 hours and now have the basics down. There is some tenderness and some bruising around the shins from getting use to the riding position and squeezing with your shins, but no pain no gain and anything that is good in life will take some effort. So far I love it and it works great, will just need more practice. This thing really gets heads turning also :)”

“Purchased the Turbowheel swift, and it's better than I had anticipated. I live in NYC and the dual suspension really helps with the terrible streets. Overall, very very solid build. Went about 15 miles and voltage went from 54.6 to ~50; plenty of juice left. I wish the scooter came with a bell/horn. Overall would recommend this scooter for anyone looking for a compact yet powerful and affordable e-scooter. Will look into getting a rapid charger in the future. Or if eWheels want to hook me up with one, that will be amazing!!”

“Update : so my scooter arrived and honestly I was surprised it wasn't the company fault but a mix up at FedEx but everything was fixed. This scooter is so much fun and literally about to purchase another one My scooter never arrived because if problems with FedEx but the company has been helping me with this whole situation. They respond quickly and are trying everything thing can. I really appetite evetythobg their doing and I hope I get my scooter soon”
