“The eWheels team was great during my purchase of a new e-twow gt 2020 last month. They were very prompt and responsive from the time they followed up on my initial order to answering some questions I had along the way. They were also awesome to let me substitute another comparable item as the free sale item perk during a sales promotion that was going on at the time (since I was already purchasing the original free sale item). In addition, they shipped my order out very quickly. I highly recommend the eWheels team and thank you for a great e-scooter!”

“The ewheels team was great it answering the questions I had. I appreciated their perspective to validate the pick I had. I ended up buying a second wheel only a few weeks later because it was so much fun but needed to get out with my son at the same time. Will definitely come back for my next wheel.”

“Very pleasant experience. The wheel arrived two days early which was an amazing surprise. Costumer service is responsive though sometimes a bit vague in their response. The wheels are more expensive through eWheels than foreign sites but here is what that gets you: - fast shipping - someone to ask questions to about your wheel - someone to contact if there/when there is an issue Will I purchase from ewheels in the future? Yes.”

“I've bought 3 EUC's from ewheels over the last couple of years and every the experience was pretty much flawless. They always communicate promptly and have never gotten annoyed with my many questions. I purchased an escooter from another supplier and had some issues which were not handled well. I'll stick with eWheels next time.”

“What a pleasant experience! I ordered my first EUC (Gotway Mten3) from ewheels.com back at the end of August. I was aware that it was back-ordered and the staff from ewheels.com continued to provide me with updates on the ETA. I was very impressed with their prompt responses! My kids and I had so much fun with the Mten3! They picked it up really quick and soon were doing quick turns and jumps. But we blew out the tire after just three days! My oldest boy started doing jumps on the third day and that was when we blew out the inner tube near the valve stem. Slime wasn't able to fix it and so I ordered two more inner tubes from ewheels.com. 6 hours after I had placed my order, a staff member from ewheels.com contacted me and informed me that they would compensate the inner tubes! Wow! That is some quality service! I really appreciate ewheels.com going above and beyond and always answering our questions/concerns promptly. I have since now ordered a second Mten3 and have converted my first Mten3 to tubeless tires. Thank you eWheels.com! - Konnor N.”

“I had issues with my delivery and no fault of theirs I was assisted and the issue was resolved. I have old wheels I broke, my fault, and they are helping me with that as well. I know their hands were tied in the beginning but they have addressed any issue I had. Great customer service.”

“I really like the whole ewheels team they are very supportive always answered my questions (do you guys sleep lol) the products are excellent, website is beautiful, easy to navigate and very thorough as far as information on products I bought a V10 wich I loved now my Gotway RS HS is suppose to be here 2day”

“Just purchased my 2nd electric unicycle from ewheels and have been completely satisfied with the experience. While there were delays during the shipments from overseas, their team did a great job of communicating and keeping me updated on the status. Their comparisons of the different manufacturers and models is very useful for keeping up with the latest models and differences in technology. Their team is knowledgeable and has always responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!”

“I've purchased some suspension cartridges and an EUC from them, and they were always very responsive to emails and shipped fast. Like many have said, their customer service is top notch, and they even offered to send out a new inner tube for my wheel when I got a flat on the first day, despite flats typically not being covered by most company's warranties.”

“Outstanding wheel. Already put 20 mi on it. I ride mainly for fun. But this would be a very good commuting tool. The USB ports are a nice feature. I will consider th weight of this though if you were using to commute.”
