“Absolutely phenomenal customer support. And I'm not just saying that because they asked me to write a review, because they did, lol. I got my inmotion v11 after 4-5 long months of waiting while.it was on backorder. They gave me multiple shipping status updates as time dragged on, and promptly answered my impatient emails while I waited, usually that same day. When my V11 arrived, I immediately lost one of my lower shock valves, totally my fault. They sent me a couple replacements free of charge, even though I asked to buy them. My trolley handle had an issue also, and they sent me a replacement trolley handle that same day as well. It hasn't arrived yet so I can't say that fixed the problem, but their phenomenally customer service really shined and left an excellent impression. Any future EUCs I buy will be through ewheels just because of my experience with them.”

“This Veteran Sherman was the 4th wheel I've gotten from ewheels and the first 3 have been hastle free. For the Sherman though it just took alot of delays and anxiety for the wheel to get here but to no fault of ewheels. Amazing service. Every email was answered in like 10 minutes. The Sherman didn't come with the anticipated tire but again no fault to ewheels. All on veteran.”

“A HUGE THANK YOU to Jason and the EWheels team! Awesome customer service throughout the whole process. My V11 got here early and was able to fully charge and ride the first day! I have never rode an electric unicycle before so was not sure what to expect but had it down within a couple of hours and started enjoying right away. I've never had so much fun! “After A long wait for the Veteran Sherman I received the wheel with the wrong tire. I had ordered the knobby tire and received the street tire. I sent the wheel back to ewheels and they swapped the tire and returned the wheel to me in record time! Thanks to William and all the folks at eWheel for their dedication to satisfying their customers. If you are in the U.S. why would you purchase a wheel from anyone else?”

While an unfortunate situation, neither eWheels nor our fulfillment team were aware of a small number of street-tire Shermans making their way into this batch (we had ordered ALL off-road tires from Veteran). This is not the customer's fault, of course. That said, we provided the customer with multiple options to resolve the situation: sending out an off-road tire immediately (letting the customer keep the street as a spare), eWheels paying to have the Sherman immediately shipped to our repair facility to replace the tire at no cost to the customer, or waiting for the next batch of off-road-tire-equipped Shermans due in ~12 days. We tried our best here, as we always do, in good faith.

“ewheels.com is great! Jason is super responsive and helps me with all of the minor issues I've had with my gear. It's great to have a local contact who can help deal with these fancy machines which are mostly don't have a corporate presents in the USA. I'd not buy an EUC anywhere else. Thanks!”

“As a first time rider the choice that was made was correct , Tesla V2 can’t lose , at 215lbs this EUC is great for getting around in the city or just having fun I love it , now I want more power and range for group rides , thanks Ewheels for top notch customer service and care , Drew and Jason thank you for helping with my order.
