“We purchased a V10 about a year ago from E-Wheels. We recently bought the new V11 as our second wheel so my wife and I can ride together. The new one took awhile to receive due to mfging schedule and ongoing design improvements. Nevertheless, I have been more than pleased ordering from E-Wheels. They answer questions quickly and always go the extra mile. We love the V10 and I think we will the V11 as well when we get a few miles on it!”

“Ewheels customer service has been exceptional as usual. I placed a preorder for a V11 mid summer and ewheels provided timely and regular updates on the status of my wheel. They have helped me trouble shoot issues with my other wheel that I purchased through a non responsive eBay seller. Highly recommend ewheels.”

“To cut your to the point ewheel and there team were extremely helpful and transparent. I received my order faster then I expected and it was boxed properly and the turbowheel lightning plus scooter runs flawless. I just want to say thanks to the ewheels team for there support and to make easy a transaction out of country. Thanks:)”

“eWheels...I read on forums how reputable this company was so I decided to pull the trigger and purchase a wheel. I was blown away at the level of customer service, communication, and overall willingness to help. These guys are serious about their customer service let me tell you that. “I ordered my mten3 in August and it took 2 months to get backup orders shipped. Sales kept in touch with me very well and they replied emails very fast. I got my euc on time and it works great. This is my first wheel and I'm still learning it.”

“Absolutely blown away by the mten3 my first euc, second only to the customer service provided by ewheels. I have already received several emails confirming delivery and just inquiring about my satisfaction with the wheel. I will definitely be purchasing a ks16x as soon as I feel comforta or on the mten3. Ty ewheels for making me feel like a kid again,keep up the great work!!”

“I had troubles on their website, but having to deal with the company was nothing short of amazing! They responded to my emails almost immediately, they answered all my question, included pictures. The after sale was also great! I haven't had any issues, but I'm certain if I do, these guys won't be any trouble to deal with!”

“eWheels was pretty easy to work with for my first-time purchase of an EUC. Unfortunately there is no phone number on the website but they responded to all of my emails within an hour or two and sometimes quicker. I would purchase from them again.”

“I made a pre-order of a wheel through Ewheels after they came highly recommended and I wasn't disappointed. Communication has been great with them and they have kept me informed on the status of my backordered wheel. I ended up ordering a second wheel to learn on while I wait and not only was shipping very fast (was earlier than I expected) but I received an email with tips, recommended software on the wheel I ordered and a thank you letter. I will now recommend them to all of my friends looking to get started in EUC's”

“I had a smooth experience buying my MCM5 from ewheels. This purchase was my first euc, and being a noobie, I had no idea where to start. ewheels shipped quickly, and before my MCM5 arrived, ewheels sent me an introductory email explaining what I needed to know to get started. My experience as been great, and I will purchase my next wheel from ewheels. Hopefully, sooner than later!”

“Excellent experience all around with eWheels—but they might want to consider shippers other than FedEx. It's difficult to really review eWheels as I needed zero interaction with anything other than the website. My KS16XS shipped next day in the KS retail box inside the overbox and arrived in perfect shape 5 days later. FedEx promised delivery Thursday, then Friday and actually delivered on Saturday (6 days after order) even though I had a vacation hold. I wasn't home to provide the direct signature but they called and I gave them permission to leave it anyway. Thank you for the wrist guards, they are excellent (wide skid plate is really good) and being a new rider I obviously got to "test" them on day one. Be sure to wear your protection equipment, you'll already look dorky enough on your EUC, the gear doesn't make it any worse and it WILL get used.”
