“This is my first wheel and 1st time riding today. I love this wheel it is so much fun and I already got it up to 37mph. My legs are so soar lol. Can't wait to take it back out tomorrow. I'm 40 years old and never been on one of these but I am picking it up quick.”

“When my v11 arrived, I was quickly disappointed to discover it couldn't survive a bump. However, the champions at eWheels rose to the occasion by giving me options for repairs (self, send it back) at no cost (not even shipping!), and I had my wheel rolling in just a couple of days. On top of being fast, you've been professional, courteous, and even friendly. I'll be buying more from you in the future.”

“The Veteran Sherman is like if aliens studied humanity and made thier own wheel in an attempt to communicate with us. This wheel contains all the requisite pieces to surpass every advanced level wheel to baller level, like you're not even prepared for the level of baller you will be elevated to.”

“The eWheels team is the best! I have purchased 3 wheels from eWheels and will never buy from anywhere else. Any time I've have a warranty issue the replacement is sent out before eWheels even received the bad item back! Their customer service is unmatched in this, or any industry!”

“I placed an order with eWheels a little over 3 months ago for the back-ordered Veteran Sherman. I was surprised at how well I was alerted of the current status of the wheel's delivery. I contacted eWheels a few times along the way about various questions and concerns. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Jason and his team responded; even on a Sunday early morning! I admit I was a bit hesitant to order my EUC through eWheels as there are not very many places to obtain an EUC in the United States. However, not only did eWheels do an amazing job, but they were absolutely great during the entire purchasing experience. At some point in the near future I anticipate purchasing a second EUC (Shhhhh........don't tell my wife) and I will have absolutely no hesitation at all of buying from eWheels again. The level of support you receive with your purchases is great. Thank you eWheels!!!!”

“I ordered a Kingsong s18 on the first of August 2020 Then I proceeded to what would be a very long wait. A couple of months later, I changed my mind and asked eWheels to swap s18 out for the Inmotion V11 as the s18 did not arrive after multiple delays. eWheels was very responsive to my request. I then went back into the long waiting game. The V11 arrived the day after Thanksgiving. Though is was an incredible long wait, I don't put the blame on eWheels. We are in a middle of a pandemic, Trump has a silly trade war, and there are supply chain issues. What could go wrong? I also appreciated the shipping updates. Especially when the s18 got recalled. Although I was disappointed, I would rather have a working wheel than dealing with production issues and getting them fixed.”

“Absolutely phenomenal customer support. And I'm not just saying that because they asked me to write a review, because they did, lol. I got my inmotion v11 after 4-5 long months of waiting while.it was on backorder. They gave me multiple shipping status updates as time dragged on, and promptly answered my impatient emails while I waited, usually that same day. When my V11 arrived, I immediately lost one of my lower shock valves, totally my fault. They sent me a couple replacements free of charge, even though I asked to buy them. My trolley handle had an issue also, and they sent me a replacement trolley handle that same day as well. It hasn't arrived yet so I can't say that fixed the problem, but their phenomenally customer service really shined and left an excellent impression. Any future EUCs I buy will be through ewheels just because of my experience with them.”

“This Veteran Sherman was the 4th wheel I've gotten from ewheels and the first 3 have been hastle free. For the Sherman though it just took alot of delays and anxiety for the wheel to get here but to no fault of ewheels. Amazing service. Every email was answered in like 10 minutes. The Sherman didn't come with the anticipated tire but again no fault to ewheels. All on veteran.”
