“Best non-car transportation I've ever owned! Very sturdy, everything is well-built. The wheels team is very attentive to any questions or concerns that may arise, if any at all, and they are quick to respond. Worth every penny but after owning such a high-quality, well-built product with great customer relations, I feel like I should've gotten the phaeton instead. It's just beefier and I'm digging the 40mph speed on this one (it DOES go that fast) I just want to go faster :)”

“Purchasing from eWheels was fast, easy, and there were no issues ordering through the website. I briefly spoke over the phone with them to change my shipping options and received very informative info about the EUC (KS16X) I was purchasing. This is my first EUC and eWheels was recommended by a Friend who owns several EUC's. I thank eWheels for the service and feel comfortable calling about any questions or about parts needed in the future. My KS16X arrived fast and in good solid packaging along with the 5A rapid charger and neoprene EUC cover I ordered (I highly recommend both accessories to others and both are solid quality). I really appreciated the "getting started with your wheel / recommendations" email I received from eWheels prior to the EUC arriving from shipment; it allowed me to have the wheel up and running in minutes out of the box. I will definitely be ordering from eWheels in the future.”

“Support/Sales team is extremely responsive. I got responses typically within minutes. A friend recommended going through support in case I needed hassle free warranty service, and I'm glad I went with eWheels. I was covered and they gave me several options for service. I would strongly recommend eWheels to friends!”

“I’d like to be 100% honest. I’ve been riding EUCs a couple of years now, I know of other online resources to get wheels cheaper but prefer to still order from ewheels because of the great service and quality control. It’s an awesome place to order from . they have your back if anything goes wrong with an order.”

“The strengths of ewheels include the ability to get answers from a real and knowledgeable person very quickly and their fast processing and shipping. My S18 and fast charger that I ordered are working fine, but I take comfort in the fact that I will be able to reach someone should problems occur. Furthermore, I've heard from others who have had problems with their equipment that ewheels has provided excellent service. It's refreshing to find a company this responsive and caring about their customers.”

“Even though my S18 shipment was delayed beyond reasonable expectations, eWheels staff were very helpful and responsive and gave me multiple options to deal with this delay. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and I'm glad I purchased me EUC from them. Will be back here again when it's time to change or upgrade.”

“This is my 3rd purchase from ewheels.com. My first was a scooter, second purchase was a Gotway RS. The new hollow motor that come with that model has a known defect and this one was unfortunately defective. I learned how to ride an EUC before the defect made itself known. I informed ewheels about the problem, and they sent me a shipping label the same day. I asked to swap it for a more reliable model, since the hollow motor design has issues. Swapped it out for a KingSong 16x. It has been very reliable since the swap. Service from ewheels and the KingSong 16x has been awesome.”

“The Ewheels team is absolutely amazing, I usually get a response within a day or two and it’s always personal and thoughtful. They work with me to make sure everything is getting done correctly, and even provided multiple things I wanted to add to my order for free, without needing to or being asked to. The referral program is also very exciting for me and my friends, we’re all stuck on the hobby and want to keep getting more wheels. I also know that after sale service is of the same high standards which provides a lot of peace of mind and less fear of having something go wrong.”

“Really nice, fast, and light scooter. Brakes also work very well. If the tires were pneumatic tire, it would’ve been perfect, but rubber ones aren’t too bad. And unfortunately some brake parts were damaged upon arrival”
