“Support/Sales team is extremely responsive. I got responses typically within minutes. A friend recommended going through support in case I needed hassle free warranty service, and I'm glad I went with eWheels. I was covered and they gave me several options for service. I would strongly recommend eWheels to friends!”

“I’d like to be 100% honest. I’ve been riding EUCs a couple of years now, I know of other online resources to get wheels cheaper but prefer to still order from ewheels because of the great service and quality control. It’s an awesome place to order from . they have your back if anything goes wrong with an order.”

“The strengths of ewheels include the ability to get answers from a real and knowledgeable person very quickly and their fast processing and shipping. My S18 and fast charger that I ordered are working fine, but I take comfort in the fact that I will be able to reach someone should problems occur. Furthermore, I've heard from others who have had problems with their equipment that ewheels has provided excellent service. It's refreshing to find a company this responsive and caring about their customers.”

“Even though my S18 shipment was delayed beyond reasonable expectations, eWheels staff were very helpful and responsive and gave me multiple options to deal with this delay. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and I'm glad I purchased me EUC from them. Will be back here again when it's time to change or upgrade.”

Also as a new wheel owner the included ewheels wrist guards are a nice & very practical addition to the order. “This is my 3rd purchase from ewheels.com. My first was a scooter, second purchase was a Gotway RS. The new hollow motor that come with that model has a known defect and this one was unfortunately defective. I learned how to ride an EUC before the defect made itself known. I informed ewheels about the problem, and they sent me a shipping label the same day. I asked to swap it for a more reliable model, since the hollow motor design has issues. Swapped it out for a KingSong 16x. It has been very reliable since the swap. Service from ewheels and the KingSong 16x has been awesome.”

“The Ewheels team is absolutely amazing, I usually get a response within a day or two and it’s always personal and thoughtful. They work with me to make sure everything is getting done correctly, and even provided multiple things I wanted to add to my order for free, without needing to or being asked to. The referral program is also very exciting for me and my friends, we’re all stuck on the hobby and want to keep getting more wheels. I also know that after sale service is of the same high standards which provides a lot of peace of mind and less fear of having something go wrong.”

“Really nice, fast, and light scooter. Brakes also work very well. If the tires were pneumatic tire, it would’ve been perfect, but rubber ones aren’t too bad. And unfortunately some brake parts were damaged upon arrival”

“I come from a KS16S, in which I learned to ride, Just received my new KS16X yesterday for christmas, my own gift; the KS16X is a world apart, way better, very comfortable, and responsive, I would say, you have to gain new musclue memory, related to "an odd feeling", mainly when making sharp turns, I guess is something typical to adaptation to a new wheel, nothing to worryng, furthermore, it feels very stable and smooth”

“Once again the gang at eWheels have delivered by providing great customer service and blazing fast shipping of my new KS16-X one wheel. Seamless transaction from start to finish. Been riding outdoors for about two weeks now and I must say that as a beginner-rider, this wheel is perfect in that its very stable, durable, smart, and has plenty of power to spare for later when I become more of an intermediate, and eventually well-seasoned rider. I can't imagine out-growing this wheel any time soon! Great choice on a great recommendation by eWheels website. I highly recommend!!”

“So far I had a great experience from first payment to finally payment. They reached out to give updates and information through Emails and check ups on orders. Very quick to respond to emails as well. I paid for 2 day delivery and well.... don’t expect fedex to honor that.”
