“This scooter is just amazing I use it to commute to work. And I also use it for food delivery. I went from my city to another city and was still on full charge in Eco mode. Going about 18 to 24 miles per hour when you put it in turbo dual motor that’s when the real fun begins. so far I reached a speed of 43 Miles per hour. I know I could have gone faster but I’m not experienced enough to handle those speeds and I’m 6,1 250 pound rider. This Electric vehicle is out standing in every way. It’s built like a tank and I don’t have anything bad to say about it. If you’re looking for a high-performance high-quality scooter or electric vehicle this is the place to get it Thanks ewheels.”

“I purchased the Gotway Tesla V2 and have had it for about 1 month now and absolutely love this machine! The EUC has a ton of power, very smooth acceleration, and braking and you can ride it around 30 miles easily! I have put over 250 miles on it and have no complaints. This is a life-changing vehicle as it is very easy to learn to use and cruise around your local city or throw it in your car and go explore a whole new city! I would recommend eWheels to purchase as the site and customer service are amazing to work with!”

“I can't say I always get appropriate answers to my questions. However, I always get prompt courteous service with very quick attention to orders and delivery. I have purchased 3 wheels in the past year and a half, a Gotway Tesla V2, an Inmotion V11, and a Begode RS-19 HT. I enjoy each for their unique characteristics and strengths. I cannot say I've had any serious service issues with any of my wheels to date. However, my riding style is quite conservative and I tend to avoid extreme conditions and weather, yet I have used them occasionally in winter conditions and temperatures down to 20 degreed Fahrenheit. I think the Tesla V2 is an excellent starter wheel with a great deal of power and utility to last many years as a light, agile, commuter. The RS-19 HT is a very smooth ride with a great deal of power, strength, and agility for hills and off-roading. My V11 is a very comfortable and forgiving cruiser. There is little to complain about. I do feel that eWheels is lacking in timely, critical, and useful consumer information on the products they sell both generally and in detail. For instance, the factory recommended pressure settings for the air springs in the V11 suspension system are all wrong. My background is as an engineer in product development and manufacture. Starting pressures (psi) in the lower chamber should be around 1/2 the riders weight in pounds and then adjusted up or down to provide a comfortable ride in the 30 to 50 millimeter range of suspension displacement from the bottom of travel according to typical terrain conditions while riding. The top chamber can then be charged with 50 to 70 psi for stiffness and dampening of rebound in the suspension system. This method greatly improves overall ride quality and stability on a variety of surfaces and road conditions for the average user. Finally, eWheels could really use an up to date and consistently maintained User's Tips Page and timely EV FAQs on their website.”

“eWheels made purchasing my first EUC a breeze. I am new to he EUC world and was not sure of where to start. The resources provided by eWheels on their blog as well as their in depth product details on each of the wheels they offer was a great starting point for my research. After purchasing my first wheel from them they provided a great introductory email with information about my wheel and videos on how to get started. I even had a few questions which I sent in an email and received a very quick response. These folks are awesome at what they do. Keep up the good work!”

“eWheels support has been fantastic. I got regular status updates with regards to shipping. Also once I received my v11, I had to contact support due to my wheel not registrating with InMotion's app. Support was able to contact the vendor and get it resolved. Great job, would recommend!”

“I've watched at least 10 different Youtube videos, and searched everywhere on the internet before deciding to go with eWheels. After I made the purchase, I was surprised to receive an email with beginner's instructions and some tips. eWheels seems like a small company, but the whole buying experience was awesome. I don't own any bike, and bought my first EUC through eWheels. So when I got the EUC, it came with a flat tire... I was a little bummed about this since I don't have any tire inflator/pump (maybe I'm in the minority here). So I've been searching for a small tire inflator with gauge, and it'd be nice if your company had good recommendations for it.”

“Hello! If someone lives in America and is looking to get a EUC or Electric Scooter, look into eWheels. I recently purchased a King Song 16s EUC about a week ago and the buying process could not have been any smoother.
