“This was my 4th time ordering from eWheels. As usual, awesome service and free shipping since I am a returning customer. The product I ordered showed as "backordered" online, and I messaged them to see when the ETA was. I got a response in minutes that said they actually had a few more in stock. I ordered immediately and got my tracking info in under an hour.”

“Being my first wheel purchase I peppered their support\sales team with questions... Fast, helpful responses informing of the process each step of the way. Instant unsolicited updates when shipments had a delay beyond their control. I worked support jobs for many years for a technical company and I know it is hard to have that level of detail to customers. I will do all my EUC business with them in the future!”

“eWheels offers fair pricing and has outstanding customer support. I have emailed them numerous times and received phone calls in return. They have helped me through conversation choose the best EUC for my needs. They have also answered basic questions about things like for example how to connect to it through Bluetooth. It the modern day it is refreshing to find an organization that is customer service oriented.”

“I have been dealing with ewheels for a couple years now.bought an inmotion v10 and a turbo wheel dart scooter as well as a Nikola plus a week ago.customer service is #1 in all the online dealers I have dealt with over the years.the speed in which the products arrived was faster than any other dealer I have dealt with as well.my son also deals with ewheels and is impressed with the incredible personal commitment to detail and customer satisfaction.i don't know too many dealers who answer their messages at 4am...yes 4am...it's always been a pleasure dealing with Jason and my son and I will continue to do so.kudos to the ewheels team”

“Buying an EUC shipped from China creates a great deal of uncertainty and anxiety when it comes in... Is it built well? Quality control and reliability? Will I get a lemon? What happens if there are issues with it? Buying through eWheels takes all that away. From always receiving good/reliable products (my V8F and V11) to responses from the support team that come in 5-10 min after I hit send... any time of day (24x7). The service is top notch. The responsiveness is almost predictive.. it's a little spooky. No question I'll be buying all future wheels through eWheels.”

“The eWheels team did an outstanding job. They promptly updated me on my order throughout the process. If I sent an email, they replied in less than 24hrs. When my Veteran Sherman arrived it unfortunately had a cracked display. I sent an email and Jason replied and sent me the replacement part in 2 days. I'm more than happy with the service and will be buying my future EUC/PEV's from eWheels.”

“I'm new to EUC my boss got me and a co-worker into this, training on his old wheel. I was hooked, He said he buys his EUC from eWheels, so I went to the web site and looked at all the wheels and read all the information and comparison. So I bought a King song 16xs I absolutely love it. I order it and it came in a couple day. Satisfied customer!”
