“I am still in the learning stages when it comes to riding my euc, but the guys at ewheels are terrific. I had a problem with the shipping carrier and they jumped in and helped get it sorted out. Top knotch customer oriented sales.”

“This is my second EUC from them & I must say ewheels came through for me again!!! I absolutely love my new Mten4 they shipped fast and it arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't buy a wheel from any other seller they are the best in my opinion and am looking forward to ordering a third wheel from them in the future. I highly recommend ewheels to anyone looking for an awesome EUC at reasonable prices and a seller who truly cares about their customers.”

“Ewheels has been the all time best company I've worked with as a customer regardless of product. They always reply fast, are very attentive and engaged, and treat me more like a friend doing me afavor than just another company. I bought my first wheel earlier this year (Kingsong s18) and after putting just over 1100 miles on it, decided it was time for another. They were very kind and open to talking through some different ideas with me and last week I got the Kingsong s22. It had a small charging issue and after reaching out to Ewheels about it they were quick to reply with known issues, and offered both support and send possibly replacement parts that may be needed the same day. Tl:dr: They are a very community oriented company that goes the extra mile every single time, regardless of how small or large the questions, thoughts, or concerns may be. You couldn't find better hands to take care of you while exploring the electric world”

If you have a problem or question, we're here to answer it for you, day and night. If you can't handle a repair yourself, we also have a vast network of repair affiliates.

Thanks for the 5 star review! FedEx is usually good with these deliveries. There was a slight hiccup with your charger, but glad that was quickly resolved. We do have replacement chargers, and even a rapid charger as well.

“I've purchased 4 wheels from Ewheels now and intend to make all future purchases through them. Their prices are usually the cheapest and are always competitive. The customer service, however, is what really sets them apart. Not only are they responsive, but they have been instrumental in getting EUC manufacturers to adopt safer quality standards (e.g. using higher quality batteries).”

Hope you're enjoying the V12 HT! We had to make sure the tubes were good to go before shipping. Our goal is to get our customers riding, so we have to make sure all of these things are taken care of before shipping. Looks like this was your first purchase, but we're hoping it won't be your last :)

“Ewheels is always SUPER helpful and they respond so fast. You can almost always count on getting a response on the same day you ask a question. Additionally, the shipping is so quick. I was able to place an order for my most recent wheel and they shipped it out the same day. I live in Washington, and it was already out for delivery on the second day. I also really appreciate the support they give post-delivery. The first wheel I ordered had an issue where it would only charge to ~72-74%. They took care of me right away. If you're thinking about getting your first EUC, ewheels is the place to do business.”
