“A few problems actually: I ordered the street tire, it came with the knobby. This unicycle has a solid axle, the threads on the motor wire side are stripped. It is possible that I stripped them, but I don't think so. I used thread locker and a shop press to hold it tight while it dried. It is working for now, but I don't trust it. I may use some kind of epoxy and then re-thread the axle. Everything else is in great shape.”

Sorry to hear about those issues, but the Commander listed on the website is only available in a knobby tire. The only purchase selections for the machine are for the motor type, not the tire. In any case, we're glad the rest of the machine is in good shape. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for the 5-Star review!

“I wanted to wait a short while before I wrote my review. I wanted to make sure that I was enjoying the experience. I bought my first EUC from eWheels. It was a great experience. The v11 arrived quickly and in perfect shape. The price was comparable to other brands but eWheels kicked in some free accessories. The customer service team at eWheels was quick in answering my emails prior to the EUC arrival. That made me feel good. I had just put 2K on a product from a company I had never done business with. So responsiveness mattered.”

“You don't find customer service this good in pretty much any other industry. eWheels is responsive, informative, eager and easy-going. Other riders regularly talk about how delighted and surprised they are when they contact eWheels support. I've worked with them to keep myself and other riders riding for 4 years and they've been a delight.”

“Great shipping time, no prodcut damage , this is my first wheel{although its 80 pounds) was a dumb decision on my part but I've managed to learn alot withing 3 days at around 30minutes. But great service, response, time,packing and 10/10 overall.”

“First off a big shout out to the folks at eWheels, they've always been super professional (and patient) providing superior service and communication. Now, the EB Mini, this is what I call a "kitchen sink" wheel, meaning they've thrown everything at it except the kitchen sink, great battery, fantastic suspension, awesome pedals and VERY robust build quality, I can't think of anything that could have been done better. Power and stability are great, I did have reservations with the small'ish wheel diameter but find it surprisingly stable at speed, I'm not a speed demon but have seen 30+ mph a few times and the wheel was rock solid. Very happy with my purchase! Oh, street tire on mine is perfect, glad I went with it!!”

“The no name pads that i ordered from e-wheels is a revelation. Ok got the Leaperkin Patton as an upgrade from ks18 due to the rave reviews from yrysted riders on y tube. So i got it and it came with dealers stock pads. And just not getting the vibe these riders are taving about. I suspected that the stock pads is one of culprits and the high pedal location and not my riding skills no way- i paid huge amount of mulah for this to be pilot error. No way. Anyways the pads i ordered got here couple of days ago and the way it feels is definitely going to make a difference. My lowering of the pedal i ordered from Another dealer and should be here soon. “Initially ordered one pre-release wheel and changed it mid-order without any issues (v13 to Lynx.) Jason & Eric were not only accommodating, they helped me by answering a few configuration questions that I had being this was my first eWheel. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to engage. They proactively kept us apprised of the logistical details and minor issues, and had my wheel shipped nearly instantly upon customs clearance. I will say they were extremely helpful with the little things, anticipating instructions, additional tubes for the tube-less variants, etc. The only criticism I have is that they provided all but one of the Allen wrenches for the seat assembly; otherwise, it was absolutely the best customer experience I’ve ever had, period.”

“E wheels is hands-down one of the best companies I’ve ever done sales and purchasing interaction with. “The Lynx is the best riding expierence I've had on any wheel so far and I'm 5 generations in. It's a significant leap when compaired to prior wheel evolutions (larger wheels, higher speeds, suspension). Worth every penny. Jason and the eWheels team were very helpful and answered my questions quickly.”
