“As an absolute beginner in electric sports devices, KingSong S18 gives me satisfaction. It is worth the money and brings me joy. No issue with the device, easy to set up. It would more better if eWheels had more accessories such as leg pads... Besides those factors, the customer service is beyond expectation.”

“New wheel buyer here but very satisfied with my experience with eWheels. They reached out over the weekend (when I placed the order) and let me know that I would receive tracking information on Monday (and I did). “Ewheels was fantastic. Fast responses to what I'm sure were dumb noobie questions. Never made me feel stupid. It was a great experience. Well packaged as nothing was damaged. And when I had more questions about the new wheel they were again prompt and non judgmental. Jason and Eric were both great.”

Glad we could help with your rapid charger order! Make sure to balance the cells by leaving the charger plugged in for at least an hour, about once in every 10 charges. Thanks again!

“Service after the sale. Warranty support-- happens more than you might think. Parts. Troubleshooting. Advice. There's no unicycle repair shop in your neighborhood is there?! I find I'm maintaining my own unicycle. Inner tubes. Battery pack. Control board. Cracked covers or broken handles. Quality is what keeps me out of the hospital and my house from burning down. I tried a couple other places, now I depend entirely on eWheels to pick the most solid configuration, make warranty repairs, and stock replacement parts I can trust.”
