“I highly recommend purchasing from Ewheels.com. Their customer service is 5 stars and they answered and solved every question I had and they responded very fast to all emails. I am a new EUC owner and rider and don't know all there is to how the wheel works. And had a few issues they helped me fix like the battery not charging to 100% and issues with the wheel update in the app. But both problems were solved quickly. They ship orders out fast and they even gave me free shipping on my orders, refunding the shipping cost. My orders arrived within one or two business days. They give as a bonus a seat (V12), grip pedals (V12) and wrist guards free. I am very impressed with the service and company and will purchase again from Ewheels and recommend others do the same”

Thanks for the 5 star review! Glad we could solve all of your issues, especially with the V12 voltage calibration. We always try to be prompt in our responses, it's what sets us apart from our competitors. Machines always ship free, but we do try our best to refund most of the shipping for the parts and accessories. The bonus seat, pedals, and wrist guards are definitely a nice eWheels incentive, we appreciate your patronage!

“Only FedX shipping was weak. The V11 now that I’ve ridden it all day is so correct. I enjoyed running over rough terrain and bumps that were not ok on my previous wheels. The helps me custom tune the wheel, almost nothing needed changing I think I’ll have this for my 80th birthday in 3 years. So smooth and solid.”

“The customer service correspondence at Ewheels is as good as it gets. I was thoroughly pleased with the sales team in replying to my emails promptly. From the time I ordered my King Song 16-S AE to my door was about five days. I bought this wheel for my wife and she has become proficient on it. The box also included a free pair of wrist guards which is much appreciated!”

We always try to be prompt, a total turnaround of 5 days including a weekend is quite fast! The 16S AE is a great looking machine, with just enough orange accents. Glad your wife is enjoying the machine, and the bonus wrist guards. Thanks again for this amazing review!

“This is the first unicycle that we have purchased. I decided on the Inmotion v12ht and in hindsight, maybe this was not the best choice for a first wheel. They say you can learn on anything, but I do believe the weight of this machine is a hindrance. This is in no way a reflection on your wheels. It's just my own stupidity. As far as the wheels is concerned, their shipping was prompt and I had numerous email conversations with them because FedEx screwed up the order and there were duplicate tracking numbers. I will be purchasing a second wheel and it will be from the wheels although the wife and myself need to get quite a bit more proficient before we make a second purchase.”

“I just pulled the trigger on the commander mini and was not disappointed. The wheel was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I had a small firmware issue that Jason and Eric sorted it out in minutes for me. I would not trust my cash with any other company right now. “I have dealt with a ton of online retailers and eWheels is by far the best I have ever dealt with!! I placed an order and within minutes I had tracking numbers for my order. Jason reached out to let me know the order will be shipped the same day (the order was placed on a Friday). The following week I received my orders on Wednesday and Thursday via FedEx. I had a few questions about the scooter and Jason was super quick to reply with an answer!! I'd give additional stars if they were available!! Best experience from start to finish ever!! “My Sherman-S (its terrific) is the 4th wheel I've purchased from ewheels, (S18,Mten3,Sherman Max, Sherman-S) and the process has always been smooth. When my S18 needed tech help (back in 2021) that process (online & phone diagnosis, warranty repair) also went smooth. 2 thumbs up!”
