“I purchased a few wheels and some accessories. Always fast shipping. Any problems and customer service is amazing. Got my wheel working, replaced a bad charger, very satisfied. My brother had an issue that they helped him with... And checked back with him later to be sure he was "good to go". I realy wish MORE companies worked like this!”

“When dealing with other EUC providers, I had a couple very bad experiences. Then I found Ewheels and I will stick with them as they are prompt, responsive, honest and I do feel that they do honestly care about their customers and the products they provide to them. Unlike the companies that sell EUC's on Amazon. Thank you all very much!”

“Bought my first wheel from ewheels and absolutely loved the experience. They went above and beyond to get me my package quick and easy plus they threw in some wrist guards for me! Not the first time I’ve done business with them and again it won’t be the last!”

“My 4th purchase from eWheels and they never Disappoint great customer service fast delivery they are always there for questions and answers And the price is competitive with everyone else I will continue to purchase all my wheels from ewheels this is my 4th purchase with them. Advice to all looking to buy go with them you will not be disappointed with the ewheels.. and I'm enjoying my veteran Patton. “Ewheels and Jason have been my lifeline to the wonderful world of Electric Unicycles. They are always there for me when I have a question or just a repair. The store is always stocked full of goodies and necessary parts. I have purchased 10 vehicles from them over the 7 years I have been riding. Prices are very competitive and they come with a nearby distribution and as always tech support for any troubles that may arise in this developing industry. Jason is an expert on the different models coming from the various manufacturers. He is an advocate for our safety and the reliability of the vehicles he is going to sell. If he doesnt feel good about a product he wont sell it. This eWheels store is driving the innovation and safety of these vehicles because a happy healthy customer is a returning customer. Jason gets it. He rides them and confessed to me that he hasnt driven a car outside of a rental or two out of necessity, for over 3 years. I always feel confident that eWheels and Jason have my back as a consumer in this constantly evolving industry. Have been and look forward to many more years as a customer. All I can say is Way to go Jason and eWheels!”

“Bought an Inmotion V8F and I am loving the experience. I had to jump off while learning to ride multiple times and the cover has helped protect the wheel. It is very sturdy. I've fallen off one time on the sidewalk at about 18mph and the eWheels wrist guards saved my wrist and hands while the wheel went sailing across one lane, luckily there were no cars around. The wheel is still going and at 57 I'm having a great time. I've had one issue when learning to ride. A rubber piece appeared below the handle and eWheels helped me repair without having to send the wheel in. Their response was quick and the solution was on point. I plan on buying an Extreme Bull Commander Mini after I gain more experience.”

“From start to finish service was A-1. I normally order from Amazon but that's a thing of the past. Jason and his team kept me well informed on my order and help me figure out which tire was good for the type of ridding I was planning on doing. Shipment was faster than Stat track warp speed.. Thank you Ewheels for everything!”

We pride ourselves in battery safety here at eWheels. We started with the LiTech packs, and now we always try to opt for the Samsung 40Ts when we can. Most of our older wheel offerings have Molicel battery packs. We're not sure who you are, but we really appreciate this review!

“Hi all, I was really surprised when I bought my V11 from Ewheels. The staff is the best ever. They were very clear and very helpful in everything from purchasing to service and repair. I was so impressed I bought a second Wheel the V12. And planned to get the V13 very soon. From beginner to experienced this is the go to supper store.”
