“Would give this company more than 5 stars if I could. I inquired on two different wheels through their website and was contacted almost immediately by William who answered all of my questions and concerns. I ended up purchasing the EX.N. It shipped within hours and arrived earlier than scheduled. The wheel itself is amazing, although still learning, it surpasses my expectations. Hands down the best customer service out there, they came highly recommended and I experienced why. Would purchase through them again.”

“So I was looking at the RS and had a few questions. I emailed eWheels and they got back to me with all the answers plus photos, mind you this was the every next day. The service was phenomenal to say the least. At purchase the PayPal link was acting screwy, I called eWheels and we got it handled over the phone. My RS came 5 days later and the rest is history. Solid wheel, solid support and I will more than likely buy my next wheel through this company.”

“I purchased my first EUC from them, and it was them or nobody in regards to support. The box did arrive damaged, but one email was replied to quickly, and the machine was untouched and has performed flawlessly so far. I know where I'm going first for all my parts as well, Ewheels!”

“Awesome customer service, my wheel came to me with upgraded pedals and tire! When I emailed them with a question they were quick to respond with an answer for me, my EUC is so much fun. My next wheel will be from here when I’m ready to upgrade”
