“William was super helpful. I could not ask for better customer service and frankly, patience and guidance when I know nothing on the subject. I was not pushed into buying the most expensive thing out there, but directed toward something that met my needs and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.”

“The guys and staff at ewheels are top notch, I would have a response to an email within 10 minutes and their knowledge is excellent. I got every question answered and even some how to's during the process. I definitely would recommend them because I was recommended them through a friend of mine.”

“I bought my first EUC, ever, from eWheels in December 2021 (InMotion V8F), my second the very next day (InMotion V11), and most recently last week (Begode Commander). Every transaction went very smoothly and I received each order less than 24 hours later (because I live so close to their warehouse). Everytime I've had a question about accessories, or about the wheels I purchased, Jason and the eWheels team were always very quick to respond and very friendly and informative with their responses. There's a reason why they're best...”

“The KS-16S was received in 7 days on the east coast as promised. Packing was good with no damage. eWheels representatives were very prompt in replying to my emailed questions. I would have preferred to talk with them directly, but I could not find a phone number to call.”
