“I’ve ordered two wheels now from Ewheels, the Monster 100v and the MSP 2500w and with both orders I had a great experience. I appreciate the extras they came with such as seats and fast charger. Always good communication answering questions and giving updates as well as prompt shipping on my orders. I love both of the wheels. They arrived in great condition and ready for riding!”

“I’ve purchased many products from eWheels, a scooter and multiple EUCs, and I will continue to purchase these products exclusively from them in the future. Their focus on the consumer goes beyond the excellent support that I’ve experienced after my purchase with both warranty support, and sourcing parts after I wrecked a couple EUCs. They work with the manufacturers to specify how their products are built so we can be assured of a higher quality product then you might find through other distributors, or Chinese outlets. I fully trust eWheels to provide the best product and support available in the U.S.”

“This is my first EUC ever. I did a lot of research and eWheels along with Jason's name came up over and over again with the highest recommendations. I purchased a KS16S and I can confirm that all I read is true. Jason responded within less than 24 hours after I emailed him with follow up questions before finalizing my purchase. The purchase was easy, fast, and the EUC arrived well packaged. I am very happy with the customer experience, the speed with which Jason responds, and the comfort of getting the support/warranty from a US based company. In addition, there is a wealth of good information on eWheels website which helped me tremendously with my first EUC. Having good info upfront makes a buying decision for a substantial purchase that much easier, especially for newbie. A big thanks to Jason and eWheels. I will be a repeat customer for any future purchases, no doubt.”

“So far, I've bought 5 wheels from ewheels.com. 1.ks16s 2.mten3 3.msx 84v 4.mcm5 5.msp 2500w The only issue I've had out of 5 wheels was a random wire in the msp. It was rubbing on the cooling fan, I moved the wire slightly and secured it, problem solved. Each wheel has been great, my favorites are the mten and msp. When I sold one of my wheels, ewheels made it super easy to ship to the buyer. The owner, Jason, has thrown in some extras every time I came back to make another purchase. He replies quickly for any issue and provides great customer service. Since the company is based in the United States, shipping is always quick and affordable, especially for 40+lb packages.”

“Shipping was fast, instructions they sent were super helpful and, their least expensive scooter eats hills for breakfast. I had to turn the acceleration down on that thing because it’s so powerful. What more can you want?”

“My order had 3 items in it, and when I received the envelope that was supposed to have all items there was only one inside. I emailed eWheels, and they replied within the hour and shipped out the missing items the same day, no questions asked. I’m sure some people might consider this a negative experience for not receiving all items in the first go, but seeing as how I forget to include attachments in my emails ALL THE TIME (!!!), I’m willing to cut them plenty of slack and be happy with the amazing response and response time as soon as I reported the problem.”

“I bought the turbo wheel Swift. What an amazing scooter. By far exceeded my expectations. So much so that I will be purchasing a turbo wheel Swift lightning in the days to come. And even better customer service. My lcd screen was cracked during shipping and Jason Sent a replacement the very next day.”
