“E-wheels staff are the best in the business! Like many people, I have had several purchases from E-wheels. I have been very pleased every time. The last purchase was a turbo lighting scooter, because my wife cannot master the e unicycle! It was ordered on a Monday after William answered all my questions, delivered on a Thursday in Kansas! With all the shipping issues going on you guy’s still managed to pull off the impossible! Thank you for your amazing service! Daren.”

“eWheels.com is pretty awesome. Placed a order for the RS19 hs after asking a few questions about batteries and fires. They told me what changes were made to meet their expectations. Shipping was fast. 2 days faster than expected. Only flaw was it's missing 1 screw on the side cover. My euc came with spiked pedals and a knobby tire. Saved me a chunk of change not having to purchase thar separately. Very happy with my purchase. 20 bucks in velcro and a spool of tpu and my wheel is looking good. I recommend doing business with eWheels.com.”

“eWheels was great to work with throughout the purchase process. They were very quick with shipping, and answered my questions right away, even on a Sunday! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I purchased the KingSong 16XS, and on the website it shows the new dark grey version, but I received the common Black/Carbon Fiber version. Not a deal breaker since I had never seen that color in YouTube videos so I assumed it was new, and I am fine with the carbon fiber, it would just be nice to know what you are getting when you purchase it.”

“Customer service and support doesn't get any better than this! Each and every email has been answered and returned within hours, sometimes minutes. Shipping has always been fast with secure packaging which is always appreciated. I've done business with Ewheels since the V3 back in 2017! Simply the best. 👍”

“Ewheels seems like a good company and I like the V11 that I bought, but it has a flaw that I would think would be plain to see. The cap that covers the bottom suspension has almost nothing to hold on to so you can tighten it. I really like the wheel but I lost one of the caps after just riding a few times. I wouldn't expect anyone to be able to tighten that cap with there bear hands.”

“These cats are great. Battery safety was my main reason for buying from E-wheels, but they really do have amazing customer service They shipped my EXN quickly. It had a minor issue with the light they helped diagnose from a video and shipped the part within minutes. 11/10! Would recommend”

“The best toy of my life was a bicycle delivered by Santa when I was 6 years old....until now. The Kingsong electric unicycle beats the joy of that bicycle hands down. There is the simple pleasure of mounting the wheel for a 2 mile hike down a woodsy trail to the lake, the fast efficient daily nine mile trip to our rural post office, and the complete replacement of walking between the house and our gardens and apiaries. This is now the best toy I ever had. My only regret was discovering this amazing machine when I was 80 years old.”

“Purchased the Gotway/Begode RS19 HS. Aside from getting caught up in the shipping container debacle (shipment sat off-coast in the water for nearly 2mos), it was a smooth and exciting transaction. Thank You so much, eWheels and Jason!!! Package arrived in top condition. This is my first EUC and one of the most fun material possessions I've Ever nervously pulled the trigger on! Even better is the fact that this is the most recent batch. Love the large, spiked honeycomb pedals, the knobby tire, the led display, the free power pads, free mudguard (though hard to fit with the knobby tire), and free wrist guards, and updated plug mount and rubber cover. And love that Gotway cross/upgraded to Li-Tec batteries. This machine is a life changer for this 46yo average-sized bow-legged dude, and I'm eternally grateful to eWheels and the EUC community in general. No regrets, just love! Pull the trigger!!!”
