“This is my second purchase of Exact Mats over the years. Last year I tried but they did not offer the clear mats purchased in the past. I was pleased to see that they are back. I love the mats, they look great, match any car interior and fit perfectly in my car.”

“This is the 2nd Exactmat I have ordered, having used one in a previous vehicle. This new mat fits perfectly and what I like BEST about ExactMats, is if you need the 3rd seat unexpectedly, you can just roll up the Exactmat versus the other kind of hard formed mats that you cannot roll up! I also like that the Eactmat is semi-clear, so you can see the attractive carpeting under it! It's a great product!.”

“For the most part I was very happy with the product I received, the material and the way it looks on my table was exactly what I wanted. However the measurements weren’t exactly exact. I painstakingly measured to make sure I was 100% correct in my order and then the mat was about a half an inch too long and hung off the end of the table. I ended up having to trim it myself with a blade which wasn’t easy and isn’t perfect. My mom also recently ordered one because she liked the look and hers was also not exact. Where mine had too much length, hers was missing width. I wanted to order more now I’m reconsidering because of these two mishaps. I really like the look and how easy it was to order and the price, but if my ExactMats aren’t exact, then what’s the point.”

“The mats are great and fit perfectly and look wonderful! Great quality and worth the money! I have a 2024 Hyundai, Tucson hybrid, and the only thing I would like to have is that the mat Wood extend to cover that place where you can put your foot on the left-hand side of the brake on the driver side. The fit is great, except for that place is left uncovered and therefore is not protected and gets dirty I’m going to have to try to find something to add to keep that footrest covered. That being said they are still good quality and a good buy. I’m glad I got them!”

“I've used you for years. I was completely satisfied until I received my latest order. $60 for one-floor mat that constantly slips toward the gas pedal is unacceptable. Why did you sell me a mat that has no way to attach to the floor grommets?”

Hi John, We're very sorry to hear you had a poor experience with your recent order. It looks like we reached out to try to assist and diagnose the concern/issue, but we were unable to reach you. From the limited information we have on the issue, we've considered what may be causing the issue and we think we can see the issue. It looks like you purchased an overlay mat. These mats are meant to go on top of the OEM carpeted mat. However, most OEM locking mechanisms will not accommodate the thickness of 2 mats. This is why our mats have superior gripping technology. However, if you are using this mat straight on the floor of a vehicle, you may find slippage as this was not its intended use. That said, if you are looking for a replacement mat, we suggest our "X-Edition" mats, which are made to be replaced, and has supporting locking mechanisms to fasten the mat to the vehicle's flooring.

“I have tried many clear vinyl table coverings but could never get the correct size or shape from a sales catalog or from Bed Bath Beyond. I finally found ExactMats by googling and so glad I did. However, I had a little difficulty getting my order completed because the rep wanted exact measurements I didn't have the right measuring tools on hand. She worked it out with me and I received the best clear vinyl protective table cover I could imagine. The vinyl cover is not perfect in length measurement. My table is 60" long and it's a tiny bit longer. One side has a very small wave, not exactly straight on that side but close enough. I couldn't be happier with this table cover. The staff is friendly and will work with you. The quality of the product is a rating of 10+. Very happy with my purchase!”

We're so sorry to hear your Lucid mats did not fit properly. That's definitely not typical and something we normally would love to assist with. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like you reached out to our Support Team for assistance before leaving this review, so we were unaware of the issue. This is something we absolutely would have liked to have helped with, but since we did not hear about the issue until this review, and the mat has been adjusted/trimmed, we are unable to diagnose the issue.
