“I have purchased 4 or 5 exact mats for my family. Everyone loves them! The value is excellent. Keeps your material mats clean and ExactMats are simple to clean with soap and water when needed. You will not regret purchasing ExactMats!”

“We bought a house with a few drawers that the prior owner left with a strong perfume odor. After doing what we could with vinegar & water and other potions, we ordered some custom mats to cover the stinkiest bottoms of 3 drawers. It was a small order and I wasn't sure how fast and accurate the Exactmats service would be, especially shipping across the country. It was great on both counts and the sturdy liner killed off the remaining perfume odor to perfection!”

“These Mats fit far better than any other mat. If you want a perfect mat that protects your logos,lettering, coloring but let's you see through with out damaging the original carpet. You must order these.”

“A little disappointed. The mats were not perfect fit for my 2023 Silverado 2500 as advertised. After paying that much, I was expecting a better fit product. I had to cut them to make them fit properly in my truck. Quality of the product is good. Attention of detail is very important to me and that’s why I am kind of disappointed.”

Thank you for your review, Jose. We're really sorry to hear your mats did not fit as expected. As a customer-focused company that specializes in custom/exact fit, that's certainly not what we want. It looks like our Support Team reached out to you to get photos, and to assist in diagnosing the issue, and after reviewing the photos you sent, it appears you have 3rd party mats you were looking to cover, which is not what our mats are meant to match identically. 3rd party mat makers do not always use the same measurements or patterns as the OEM floor mats, which is what our mat measurements are based off of. That said, because our clear mats are made to fit perfectly over existing OEM floor mats, not 3rd party mats, this is why the fit was not exact. Under normal circumstances, when the incorrect automotive mat set is purchased, we offer options such as returns and exchanges. However, once a custom mat is altered, we are no longer able to provide such options. We hope your hand-altering worked well for you, but if it did not, and you're interested in a new set of mats that fit your 3rd party mats exactly you, we would be happy to help you with that, as well as a discount on the replacement order. “The order is what I expected but the mat it self scratches really easily. I’ve had it for just a couple weeks and can see swirl marks from normal cleaning with a kitchen cloth.”

That said, this product is meant to protect surfaces, so if you are seeing scratches, it actually gives you a good idea of how it's protecting. :) ie: without the protector, the surface itself may have scratches in it. Our mats are made to perfectly fit the shape/size of your vehicle's OEM mats, made by the vehicle manufacturer, allowing for a minimalistic design aesthetic. If you are not using an OEM mat, this could account for minor fitment differences.
