We wish we could have given you a 5-star experience, but it sounds like you were not completely happy with the finish, which we're very sorry to hear. I can see that you purchased our X-Edition mats, which do have a domed surface, designed to stabilize your heels. The domes also create channels for dirt and debris to fall into, vs. all of it sitting at the same surface level as your shoes. “They arrived fairly quickly and all but one fit perfectly. I subtracted 1/8 inch from each and that was a good tip. I may have forgotten to deduct on the one that was a little too long, but I can cut it down. Already planning to order more but will have to catch sales to be able to afford them.”

“I have been buying mats from exact mats for over 20 years it is a great product the clear mats always enhanced the look of my mats, this time I decided to try their new Black Heavy-duty mats that are cut to the exact fit of your OEM mats and then installed with locking grommets when they arrived there was a small glitch with the mats. I called customer service and explained the problem to them, they said they would take care of it. Guess what the next day a completely new set was sent overnight and I could not believe the attention and detail to the problem, they arrived overnight and I installed them in my AMG MERCEDES, they fit great and look great. When a company says "MADE IN USA" and their customer service Dept takes care of the problem so fast this is exceptional, and I HIGHLY recommend EXACT MATS to anyone looking for a Mat that is an exact cut of their OEM mats, Bravo to EXACT MATS. and their customer service. PS I did not receive anything free for this review. Dan”
