“The time from placing my order until the cover arrived was very good. I believe the cover was not cut to the corrrct length so will have to return. We don’t think the (table) cover will wear very well, so will not need a replacement. Not at home now but will need return instructions. Thank you.”

“The cargo mat didn’t fit like it should. The others were perfect so I kept the set.. can’t imagine why it wasn’t cut properly.. the ordering process was easy and were delivered on time. If the cargo mat had been cut properly you would have gotten a 5 star review..”

Hi Gary, Thanks for leaving your review. We're so sorry to hear you are unhappy with the smell. While our virgin vinyl (it's actually not rubber) is much less scented than any other vinyl, we do understand that some folks are more sensitive to certain scents. We usually do recommend leaving the mats out in the sun for a day or so if you are sensitive. Have you given this a shot yet? If not, we recommend giving it a shot. That said, we will definitely bring your feedback to our leadership team as we are always looking to improve. Thanks again for your feedback. “mats fit perfectly and look nice, but after seeing them felt they are extremely overpriced”

Thank you for your candid feedback. We're so glad you love your 100% custom, adhesive-free, clear, perfect-fitting shelf and drawer liners/mats. In regards to pricing, we feel our prices are very competitive, especially given that our mats are 100% custom and include features such as FDA-Compliance. They are also free of BPA and Phthalates. We usually produce and ship extremely quickly, as well, and also include a lifetime warranty (information available on our website), which, with proper care, ensures your investment. That said, we totally understand that no pricing structure is one-size-fits-all, so we will definitely take your feedback to heart and share it with the leadership team. Thanks again. “I was a little disappointed in the quality and design of the mat. I was expecting a higher quality product. Also was expecting the driver's side mat to lock into place. I guess was looking for a product more similar to Weathertech.”

“I opted to order the black mats rather than the clear ones. However, the clear ones snap on the mats whereas the blacks don’t. I get that the black ones are replacements but I would rather keep mine in my car than having to store them somewhere. In addition, the company should invest into making one big mat for the rear of cars rather than two singles ones. Might help consumers with better options.”

“Mats are great quality. Not the most perfect fit for my specific vehicle as the uni mat does not fit over the hump of my trucks front seat properly but the edges on both sides fit perfectly to the factory trim and are made from really good material.”

“The mat could be better if it had a raised edge around itself to prevent sand water etc to run onto the carpet. I realize this will not occur because you “laser-cut” from a large piece of material.”

Hi James, Thank you for your candid review. We sincerely appreciate it. That said, we wanted to let you know a little more about our product and why there are no raised edges. Our mats are designed without raised edges because our philosophy is to create a product that blends in with your vehicle's interior, not dominate it. We've found that most of our customers prefer a mat that keeps the vehicle looking as the manufacturer intended, which is really best achieved through an edgeless mat. “My only disappointment is the front driver mat looks discolored, since using it, I've tried washing, soaking a solution on it..nothing works.. However, I bought a set for my daughter..hoping she doesn't have the same discoloring happen to her front driver mat..fingers crossed!!!”

If you notice your mats are turning yellow, or other colors, it’s likely to have been caused by dirt, grime, debris, and oils that have been tracked in by shoes (if you feel they turned yellow for any other reason, please reach out to our support team for assistance). We recommend regular cleaning of the mats (with soap and water) to prevent staining or yellowing. Thanks again, Cennie. “The mats themselves were fine and cut precisely. Two problems I had, one of which resolved and one which still hasn’t. First, the mats came rolled up and took quite awhile to flatten. They still have some minor bumps and are not perfectly flat, but are acceptably flat at this point. Second, the mats smell VERY strongly of plastic. I purchased these for dresser drawer liners and all my clothes smell like plastic. I thought the scent would abate, but it is still present after a month. I am almost to the point of removing them. Disappointed because of this.”

“The last set I had would set their feelers on the bottom and I never had to adjust them! I have to adjust the front ones after every use! They may get better with use! If so, my rating may get better!”
