“It works as expected. It's on my wooden desktop and protects it. I don't think I would use one on a kitchen table. I don't think it would be easy to keep clean.”

Thanks for your review! We're glad you enjoy your new surface protection. Please keep in mind that our mats are very easy to keep clean and has been used by thousands of customers to protect their tables. Simple soap and water usually does the trick! :)

“The crystal mat looks nice on a glossy table top until it starts to settle. Then it sticks to the tabletop, but not evenly, so it has the effect of making blotches of "stuck" patches. The rounded corners are barely rounded. If you have the chance, custom-make the corners. Once the mat is received, you cannot return it for alterations. The best you can do is order another and get a discount.”

Thank you for your review, Connie. We’re sorry to hear your mat is “sticking” to the table. That’s certainly not what we want. That said, looking at your order, it looks like you selected Crystal as your finish type and that you are using it on a glossy surface. However, Crystal is only recommended for use on non-glossy surfaces. This is because, due to the chemical qualities of vinyl, which truly wants to lay as flat as possible, Crystal tends to cling to glossy, flat surfaces tightly enough to cause air bubbles to be trapped between the surface and mat. This is why you are seeing what we call clinging. Regarding returns - we do offer returns on standard products, but due to the nature of custom-made items, we do not offer returns on custom products. However, in cases where our customers are unhappy with their mat and would like to re-place it with different customization options (such as finish and corner radius), we offer 25% off. It looks like we sent you this offer, so when you would like to re-place your order with a more appropriate finish type for your surface, just let us know so that we may apply 25% off to your order. “While they look great, if you are using them under a desk chair, they move all the time. They slide around. I'm constantly trying to adjust for bumps that develop. And I am up and down a LOT. So if the application is the floor, under a chair, which is shown on the website, these may not be a good answer. Not sure how it can be remedied. They look GREAT. But the specific use is not great. Customer service was wonderful in helping resolve the issue. We ended up moving the mats to other areas that didn't get as much "rolling chair" action.”

We're sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience using our floor mats. It sounds like there may have been some confusion as to what mat may be best for your floor type. The mat finish you selected will not work on carpeting, for instance. We have another product made for this.That said, it looks like you may have opted to keep the mat, so we hope you're enjoying it! “These mats are a nice step up from using outdoor tablecloths under my cloth tablecloths to protect my dining room table and buffet, but I am disappointed that the creases from being rolled (or maybe at one point they were folded?) remain on both the large and small mats I purchased, despite trying the hair dryer trick and placing heavy books on the folds. If you are looking for a glass-look, this isn't the answer.”

“Mats we’re not what I thought, did not fit accurately”

Hi Larry, We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your mats. That's definitely not what we want! Reviewing your Support Ticket, it looks like we reached out to assist and offered to make some tweaks to your mats but you preferred to keep the existing mats. That said, based on the photos you sent, the mats look like they do fit really well! Just to clarify, our mats are meant to either replace your existing mats (replacement), or go over your existing mats (overlay), so they are made to a specific shape/size that most closely matches the area you are looking to protect. If they are made too large or too small, the coverage would change, but they wouldn't fit as well or look as nice. “The mat is 10” to long. I had the correct size but I had to go through the order 3 times on line to get it correct. I’m not sure if I was wrong or if it was cut to long. John Brager”

“42”x42” table cover ordered, recv’d 10 days later and found it measured 41 1/2” x 42 1/4”. Was told this was probably caused by extreme heat…… Shipped back and was told they would cut a new one and ship it right out on 12/09/22, still waiting to receive it. The name speaks for itself, EXACT FIT. If you have possible distortion during shipping the name doesn’t fit the product. Bought a new table and wanted to protect it, it’s been weeks since original order on 11/28/22 and still haven’t received the correct size from EXACT FIT for our table. Hoping it arrives before Christmas.”

“The time from placing my order until the cover arrived was very good. I believe the cover was not cut to the corrrct length so will have to return. We don’t think the (table) cover will wear very well, so will not need a replacement. Not at home now but will need return instructions. Thank you.”

Hi Gary, Thanks for leaving your review. We're so sorry to hear you are unhappy with the smell. While our virgin vinyl (it's actually not rubber) is much less scented than any other vinyl, we do understand that some folks are more sensitive to certain scents. We usually do recommend leaving the mats out in the sun for a day or so if you are sensitive. Have you given this a shot yet? If not, we recommend giving it a shot. In regards to pricing, we feel our prices are very competitive, especially given that our mats are 100% custom and include features such as FDA-Compliance. They are also free of BPA and Phthalates. We usually produce and ship extremely quickly, as well, and also include a lifetime warranty (information available on our website), which, with proper care, ensures your investment.
